Multiple videos, from different angles, captured the bullet flying past Frank Tuduk's phone.
If either of those people were the shooter, the bullet would have passed Tuduk from behind.
That video with the speck captured is no bullet. That's not how frame rates work. Any fast projectile would appear as a streak on any cell phone video.

Maybe tyler wasnt even aware that charlie would be shot. But they told him to go up to that roof. This could explain the apparent rumors or rumblings charlie would be "got" soon online. There is a really really interesting video of destiny receiving contact from a friend right after the shooting while on stream. The friend sounds really freaked out. And quickly destiny cuts the guy off like he doesnt want anything said. Check it out. Very odd. I could see a group online setting this up. You are asking why there’s no recoil, but you should be asking why they are not revealing or even talking about ballistics reports or even autopsy/coroner’s reports….

Wouldn't the two beefy guys (mainly the one in the black T-shirt inline with the shooter) at the front react to a bullet passing by their heads if the shot come from the front, as depicted. Don't bullets whistle pass as they fly through the air.
