There’s no natural hierachy, each race basically views themselves as superior to the others. None are allies and most people hate those who are not part of their own race.
However, there is an organization that holds great power over all zones. They’re known simply as the International Community and are the succesors of the United Nations as propagate the ’Diversity through division’ agenda. Gathering too much information on other races is strictly taboo and therefore nobody really knows much about the other races, but what you would call the ’White race’ consists of about 950 million people.

Im less sure about sub divisions, but there’s nordics, central Europeans, easterners, westerners and south Europeans. These aren’t exactly their own ethnic groups, more defined by geography.
