Looks like all are PRC made . I wonder what’s the selection process? By the lowest pricing maybe.

Hope the new single decks are 2 doors only with more seats at the rear, especially with the growing elderly population.

Why LTA is paying so much to buy the BYD double decker ? Each cost $700k. While the CRRC one cost $520k?

2) Seems that LTA likes 3 doors a lil too much there, might as well make a 69420 door 6741 stairs bus

3) We should make LTA ban anything that's not Made In China

Funny thing is 3 door bus service but sometimes use the behind last door never open it is waste resources for the service route

Regarding rear end should serve more seats better than the door opening for the rear end

Make the aircon colder in the EV buses!! EV buses aircom is weak and not cold. Sacrificing passengers comfort for range is not reasonable. The wind is small the temperature not cold. Even the older diesel buses such as the Mercedes OC500LE and Scania have better aircon then the new electric buses!!

Preferably 2-doir buses, 3-door busses have not enough seats.

Best these busses has remote control from the makes of the country. So that our government will realize not to put all eggs into one basket

Hopefully some improving seats make available for our old folks , the step to the seats abit higher compares to our current buses.

Will bendy buses ever make a comeback?

Can sell the old fleet of diesel buses to the Phillipines. They can convert them to jeepneys.

Ensure seats are comfortable please, not some kind of feeling seating on plastic chair.

The interior layout of the new EV buses is less passenger-friendly compared to the diesel fleet. There are fewer seats and the seats are smaller and cramped, and the standing areas are narrower, affecting passenger movement and comfort, especially during peak hours. Another factor is the increased seat height. Passengers are required to climb more steeply, which poses risks to the elderly, children, and those with mobility challenges. A missed step could easily result in injury. As full-fare paying commuters, passengers expect acceptable standards of comfort, accessibility, and safety. In comparison, diesel buses offer a more spacious and comfortable ride. LTA should review the interior design and ergonomics of the new EV buses to better balance environmental goals with passenger safety and comfort.

The seat legroom of the current Electric bus too small.

Not good news. This will sure lead to higher increment in fare price. It won't increase just a little, it will definitely increase a lot...

1 more new larger Mental Hospital will be needed for more new cases to be warded.
