No contact is so well intentioned. Really it is.

I’ve tried explaining how it feels when you are well intentioned to do no contact with the narcissist. For the normal person blocking the narcissist fails miserably, and it comes with a side of guilt.

When you are not ready to detach from the narcissist, it can be incredibly painstaking, and as I said before ridden with guilt. I know, I’ve done it myself.

Guilt comes along with like.. have you done the right thing, if you gave him a second chance perhaps things may be difference, that maybe he’ll change, what if you have just ruined your life?

I remember that time that I was dating this narc, and he was obviously not good for me so I blocked him. Then I felt bad not long after and unblocked him again, to get the same behaviour all over again.

So what is no contact?

No contact with a narcissist means exactly that: no contact whatsoever. ZILCH. ZERO. NADA.
