#NetZero for CO2 levels in the atmosphere means we reach some point in the future and stabilize at some level of global warming. That level is unknown but it is at some higher level than where we are today. At that future, unknown, ‘stable’ point, we will have suspended the #SixthGreatExtinction.

But at what lose/cost while we wait for #NetZero? Yes, humans are likely to have adapted, but at what cost to all Earth life? Life which contributes to human quality of life? Quality of life that, as Earth warms, requires wealth to maintain. Wealth that you have hoarded your entire life.

Your excessive, hoarded, wealth and that of the growing number of other wealth hoarders should be taxed and the funds dedicated to transitioning to clean energy. And those whose wealth grew from dirty energy should be taxed doubly to pay for their contributions to world’s climate crisis.

#NetZero, an unknown, non-specific, point in our future, will result in greater long-term deaths than other clean energy goals to reduce CO2 emissions below net zero in the same time frame. More #SocialMurder to protect excessive, hoarded, wealth.
