【Eligibility Conditions】
Customers who apply for mineo communication service as a new subscriber via number portability (MNP) from another carrier during the eligible period, using the Dual Type Maipita 7GB or higher course, by applying through the dedicated application page using the promotion code provided in the notification email received after purchasing an eligible product, and who continue using the service until the end of the 6th month, counting the billing start month of mineo communication service as month 1.

【Notes】
・The 8th month, counting the billing start month of mineo communication service as month 1, will be the benefit award month, and by the end of that month, the gift card number will be sent to the email address registered with Amazon.co.jp. The gift card can be used by registering the gift card number to your account.
・This benefit is limited to once per mineo communication service subscriber. If there are multiple applications, the benefit will only be awarded to the first contract that begins service.
・If you cancel your Amazon purchase, the benefit will not be applied.
