Yet again, as a barred man once said, the drama with Path never ends.
We just saw the end of their previous case, DataSales vs Path Networks, in which Path settled and now owes $1,000,000 to them.
Now, to pay this, it appears as if Path has decided that suing Rene was the way to make ends meet.

Rene Roosen is alleged to have contacted Path/Tempest customers, told them Tempest was going bankrupt, and urged them to move to GameServerKings (GSK), with at least one customer allegedly terminating agreements afterward.
Rene Roosen is alleged to have agreed to pay for stolen confidential information, paying 0.49727579 ETH (alleged approx. $603.68 at the time) and preferring delivery as a zip upload to a third-party site.
Rene Roosen is alleged to have received or sought stolen materials including firewall rules, configuration repository code (client/network configuration), encryption keys, a Prometheus password, and a customer SSL certificate.
Rene Roosen is alleged to have coordinated communications with Gervais using Signal and to have deleted communications, depriving plaintiffs of the full record.
Rene Roosen is alleged to have participated in an attempted extortion demand of $800,000 to return stolen confidential information.
The complaint asserts claims against Rene Roosen (and related entities) including trade secret misappropriation, conversion, Arizona RICO, tortious interference, unfair competition, and related conspiracy/agency theories.
And what are you posting about, Polyanthi? A different case that settled and has nothing to do with this one. Why? Because you’re a close friend of Rene Roosen and Curtis Gervais, and you’ve gone out of your way to coordinate a hate campaign against Path.
You also coordinated how to contact customers and help them exit contracts without paying, specifically to damage Path’s revenue stream.

And yes, I did make the post first so I can talk about Path. Quite frankly, you guys are an interesting topic. We can't see all the details of the settlement behind the scenes, but feel free to fill us all in on the details to help us understand.
As for the key points you have listed in your case, if I didn't want people to see these, I wouldn't have posted the case? As I have previously mentioned, I am very interested to see how this suit comes out, especially to see what the courts rule on who was in the wrong. I have also never seen 'alleged' used more in my life, but, you do have to cover your ass legally, can't fault that.

The screenshot which you are providing for customers exiting contracts, more specifically Scaleblade here, I was not even aware of until that was mentioned. I had not ever contacted Scaleblade about exiting their Path contract. It is very interesting how you try to paint a picture which simply does not exist.

As with regards to the unrelated companies, when announcements in Tempest just say "AG Management", you haven't got much to work with. Considering this was before the Tempest website was updated to "AGX Management Consultancy - FZCO", had to work with what you had.
