Just walk around the Akasaka Mitsuke area at night (a bit north of your hotel).

Look for a sign with a person getting massaged, or wait for one of the many Chinese ladies of the night to approach you.

What's the usual price for the Chinese massages?

I would bet that any of those two posters belong to a Chinese massage parlour where a middle-aged woman you will get a 70-minute massage for 10,000 yen plus HE for a 5,000 yen tip.

IME, the HE is almost always included in the ~10,000 base price at Chinese/Thai places. If there's an upsell, it's for the girl to disrobe (which I've seen at a couple of Chinese places in Akasaka) and/or FS (not common, but I got offered FS for +20,000 at a Thai walk-in place some time ago).

I always walk in and show them their website on my phone and ask if lympa massage is included in this price, doing the universal hj sign emphatically. If they say, "yes," I say OK, if they so, "No" I go to the next store.
In these hard financial times, our hardworking chinese ladies know it's a buyer's market. Although they might miss out on the upsell by including it in the initial price, but the alternative means missing out on everything, including the base fee.
Be kind and polite, but show them you are willing to walk away, and they usually grab you by the arm, or by the crotch, and lead you to a room.
