I'm not an expert, but I have some ideas. I don't want a gf personally, because I'm not fit for it, I can't love women and women can't love me, I'm fine with that. I can't understand why any man would want a gf, but there are reasons. People get together for easier living and co-dependency, many young people say they wanna live alone, but they end up ditching their own family and have to start another just to stay alive. I don't know what reasons you have, but if you want a girlfriend just for lust, just to have sex or just to be comforted or feel love then you're going about it the wrong way. You need to talk to women and find someone you know very well, if you're not talking to women already, you need to get the romance waifufag brainrot out of your head and try to focus on other things. If you are talking to women and none of them are interested in you, you need to make them interested in you. You need to better yourself for the sake of women, if you're not exercising and don't have a job, you won't have much luck. If you're hot looking and can provide, the ladies will notice.
You also need to make sure the woman you choose is healthy, if she's not a right pick she's not worth it, but it's okay to break a few eggs before you can make an omlette. Don't use dating apps, go outside, talk to girls, get confidence, wear good clothes, have good hair, wear perfume, be financially stable, show women you're interested, etc.
If you can't do any of that stuff and are like me and stay inside all day you have to be realistic and realize that you'll never get a gf and that it doesn't matter and I'm fine with that, I'm autistic as fuck and don't really need to reproduce and girls don't talk to me, not even on the internet.
The only way women would ever talk to me is if I became a hecking famous youtuber or something, then all of the sudden all the women would come out of the woodworks, and I'd get grooming allegations, because that's what it's like to be a famous youtuber.
