Well, you may find this article by Wayne Bush interesting ("A case against merging with God/Source")
In my experience, with atheists the issue is not the prison planet theory itself but the fact that it challenges materialism. They are strongly committed to materialism and have already decided that anything involving consciousness beyond the brain is impossible, so they'd dismiss the prison planet theory without really looking into the evidence. The resistance is not about the theory itself, but about their underlying assumptions.
For me, the fact that reincarnation is almost undeniable at this point (if you've made the research ofcourse) suggests we should be cautious about accepting religious beliefs at face value and instead rely on what the data/research is showing to be the case. I never liked the idea of putting blind faith into a belief. This is not smart and it's what people thousands of years ago and hundreds of years ago did because they had no choice, but we do have a choice. We have the ability and the means to research for ourselves, and we should evolve beyond putting blind faith in religious beliefs.
About hell. If hell and demons truly exist as realms or forces of endless suffering (as countless NDErs have described based on their experiences out of body, like you said), then that alone reveals the true nature of this so-called "loving" God. If God was truly all-powerful, all-loving, and all-understanding, then they would completely comprehend why every being acts, feels, and thinks the way they do, therefore a being with infinite understanding would have no reason to create or allow eternal punishment, because perfect love seeks to heal, not to punish and torment (and especially not punishment and tornment that would last forever).
Eternal suffering completely contradicts the idea of unconditional love. A truly benevolent creator would guide, teach, and restore, not condemn and torture. Therefore, if hell is real, its very existence exposes that the being behind this world is not a god of love or light, but a false creator, the Demiurge, who feeds on fear, pain, and control.
That's why i said in this post, that religion and New Age are fairytales for adults to keep us distracted, docile and asleep. When you look beyond their programming, you start to see red flag after red flag after red flag which reveal a God that's far from loving and reincarnation as a giant scam. The possible existence of hell adds even more weight to the conclusion that God is evil. It takes the cruelty already visible in the natural world and multiplies it infinitely. It shows that the suffering we see on Earth is not accidental or temporary, but part of a larger system deliberately built to trap and torment consciousness. A creator who allows or designs eternal torture cannot be loving, forgiving, or divine. Only a sadistic being obsessed with control and pain. Therefore, hell, if real, is the ultimate confirmation that the god of this world is not the source of light, but the architect of suffering.
Someone recently messaged me privately and told me that they get frustrated when they try to talk about prison planet theory with people in their lives because they are met with blank stares, ridicule, or instant dismissal. I had a long convo with this person so i thought i'd share the main points of the convo here as well because i'm sure there will be people who will find this helpful.
So a couple of important things need to be understood:
-
We are not evangelists. It is not our job to convince anyone of anything.
-
This post is for people who already have someone in their life who is curious about prison planet theory but does not know how to approach the subject without sounding extreme or ungrounded.
First of all, this type of reactions are completely normal, and it does not mean you are bad at explaining it or that the other person is incapable of understanding. It has everything to do with conditioning and exposure. Let me explain.
You cannot jump straight to prison planet theory with someone who has never even questioned surface level narratives. For most people, the prison planet theory sounds crazy because they have not done the prior research or gone through the earlier realizations that make it intelligible. Society trains people from childhood to trust authority, institutions, science as presented, religion as tradition, and psychology as an explanation for all inner experience.
Different stages of awareness
In order for you to understand what i'm trying to say here, i will explain how i arrived at the PPT. I did not arrive at PPT randomly. I went through stages. Before I discovered the prison planet theory, i had already spent years investigating surface level conspiracies. Things like Big Pharma, 9/11, the assassination of JFK, wage slavery, chemtrails, GMOs and their effects on the human body, mass media manipulation through subliminal and subconscious programming, the idea of a centralized global power structure where those at the top benefit at the expense of everyone below, etc etc. That phase alone took me years.
I also studied many different religions, and it took me quite a long time to realize that , it is an accident of birth. Where and when you are born determines what God you worship, what holy book you follow, and what morals you are taught. History proves this again and again, and it shows that trusting these religions as absolute truth is simply unjustified.
I have investigated the reincarnation phenomenon by looking into documented cases of people who claim past life memories, including verified locations, specific events, and corresponding birthmarks or physical traits. Many of these individuals are able to recall details that can later be confirmed in this life. At this point, the evidence is strong enough that reincarnation itself is very difficult to dismiss.
After that, I started looking into what happens when we die through NDEs, that's where i first heard about the tunnel of light. But even then i did not connect the dots right away. It took even more time to study NDEs and past life regressions more deeply, especially how they intersect with alien involvement, memory wipes, and the mechanics of reincarnation. Only then did the larger picture start to come together.
Then, I started looking into alien abductions. At first, I believed aliens were benevolent and genuinely cared about humanity, because that is what abductees are often told. They are told the beings love them, are protecting Earth, or are here to help humanity evolve. I believed this narrative for a while.
When you step back and look at the behavior itself, the red flags are obvious. These beings paralyze people, prevent them from moving or screaming, abduct them without consent, extract blood, semen, ovaries, and genetic material for their own purposes, they sometimes even clone the abductee's body, they erase their memories using advanced technology, or implant false memories so the experience feels positive afterward. None of this aligns with benevolence. The deception should have been clear from the beginning.
Only later, after digging deeper through past life regression work and the research of serious investigators like , , , , , , a very different picture emerged. What these entities were telling abductees was not just misleading, it was deliberate manipulation. The goal was to make abductees perceive them as benevolent so that when they returned to Earth, these abductees would then spread the "benevolent alien" narrative publicly through books, interviews, and podcasts.
Only after this entire groundwork is laid does it make sense to bring up past life regressions to people which show recurring patterns of manipulation, trickery, memory wipes, false authority figures, and non human entities. At that point, PPT no longer sounds insane. It sounds like a logical continuation of everything they already see here. Past life regressions are much more important than NDEs because unlike NDEs, they actually reveal what happens in between lives.
There are many massive red flags in reality that appear long before anyone ever encounters PPT
For example:
Realizing that most humans are effectively trapped in wage slavery under the 9 to 5 system. The system we live in creates actual slaves and this is easily observable and provable.
Realizing that this world is based on suffering, where every living being is forced to survive by attacking, killing and consuming another living being which 100% guarantees constant suffering for all living beings on this planet 24/7. A world designed this way points to something deeply wrong at the top and it shows that creator cannot be loving and benevolent like we're being told. So if this creator is evil enough to design a world that runs on predation, suffering, decay, and exploitation, then it makes no sense to suddenly assume benevolence the moment we leave the physical body. There is no rational reason to believe that the being responsible for this kill or be killed eat or be eaten system magically becomes loving, just, or trustworthy on the other side, when their own creation proves that they are the exact opposite of those traits.
On Earth, we clearly see how power structures operate. Hierarchies form around control, authority, and obedience. Those at the top dictate rules, enforce judgment, and decide the fate of those below them. What is striking is that NDEs frequently describe the exact same structure in the afterlife. People report encountering a "God" or "higher" beings positioned above them (sometimes even sitting on thrones) judging their actions, controlling the narrative of their life review, and ultimately deciding what happens to them next. The experiencer is rarely autonomous. They are instructed, evaluated, corrected, and sent back or redirected.
If the physical world is ruled through hierarchy, authority, and coercion, and the astral realm displays the same architecture of power, then the simplest explanation is continuity, not contradiction. The same intelligence that governs this world appears to govern the next one as well. When you recognize that pattern, the idea of manipulation, deception, and control continuing after death is no longer shocking. It becomes exactly what you'd expect.
Once someone understands that, it becomes much easier to question the afterlife narrative. If this world is run by a cruel intelligence (explained why above), then it makes no sense to assume the beings waiting on the other side are automatically loving, honest, or benevolent. The only reason most people make that assumption is because they have been conditioned to do so through religion and cultural programming. From an early age, they are taught that God is good, angels are helpers, and the afterlife is a place of love and justice. These ideas are not questioned, they are inherited. People do not arrive at them through investigation or evidence, but through repetition, tradition, and fear of doubt. When someone carries those beliefs into death, they are far more likely to interpret whatever they encounter as benevolent, even if manipulation or coercion is taking place. Conditioning does not disappear at death, it follows consciousness.
Arriving at the prison planet theory
When i finally arrived at the prison planet theory, i was not shocked or surprised. I felt relieved because the bigger picture finally made sense. But that reaction only came because of all the research that came before it. Without years of digging into other areas first, I probably would have reacted with shock or disbelief too, just like most people do when they hear about PPT for the first time.
The real issue is that very few people are willing to put in the time, energy, and mental effort required to research independently, question what they were taught, and go against deeply ingrained conditioning in search of truth. Most people spend their entire lives being preoccupied with school, work, making and raising children, entertainment (movies, tv shows, video games) and maybe sports. That is the extent of their curiosity. There is no deep investigation, no pattern recognition, no willingness to confront uncomfortable conclusions.
So when they are suddenly confronted with the prison planet theory, it feels absurd or impossible to them. Not because the theory lacks evidence, but because they skipped every step that leads to it.
Prison planet theory is NOT a starting point. It is a conclusion reached after years of questioning reality at multiple levels
Without those steps, prison planet theory has no foundation in the listener's mind. It sounds like pure fantasy because they still believe the system is mostly honest and benevolent.
This is why people get defensive. You are not just sharing a theory. You are threatening the framework that makes their world feel stable. Their brain reacts the same way it would to danger. Ridicule and dismissal are defense mechanisms.
Someone who has never realized that governments lie, that most people are born into debt and work their entire lives just to barely stay afloat, that food and medicine are often made less healthy on purpose because it is more profitable, or that advertising and social media are designed to manipulate emotions and behavior, is far from ready to hear about soul traps, manipulation/trickery happening on the other side, memory wipes, or Archons.
If you actually want to help others understand, you have to meet them where they are. Talk first about things that are already provable. Or things like reincarnation since there is a ton of evidence supporting it. Let them connect the dots themselves. Don't be pushy.
It is important to understand that the vast majority of people do not conduct independent research, and especially not across multiple fields. One person might look into NDEs for a short period of time out of curiosity. Another might explore out of body experiences for a short period of time out of curiosity. Someone else might focus on psychedelic experiences for a short period of time out of curiosity. But how many people actually investigate all of these areas together, compare them, connect the patterns, and try to form a coherent bigger picture? Most people rely on social consensus and whatever narrative is most commonly repeated around them. That is why these manipulations are so effective and why deeper patterns take so long to be recognized.
Connecting all these dots is not easy, it takes a lot of dedication, curiosity, time, energy and even courage. It is not something most people are willing to do. The fact that you are on this subreddit alone shows that you are open minded, curious, and willing to question what you have been told. You are not satisfied with surface level explanations, and you are willing to explore difficult ideas in order to understand the bigger picture.
I've made personal research for over 10 years and i believe that the prison planet theory is either the truth or the closest thing to the truth.
Here is why i don't believe in any religion: post 1, post 2.
And here's my main post about the prison planet theory. If you want more you can check my post history, i've written many posts about the prison planet theory and why i believe it's true.
I agree with this, and i think it highlights something very important about social conditioning. The word "conspiracy" has been deliberately associated with mental conditions such as "delusion", "paranoia", or "mental instability", not because questioning reality is irrational, but because it is dangerous to those who benefit from secrecy and control.
If people are trained to associate curiosity with pathology, then most will never look deeper in the first place. That is an extremely effective form of psychological containment. You do not need to ban information if you can stigmatize the act of seeking it.
People have been programmed to ridicule or pathologize others for even questioning surface-level conspiracies like 9/11 or JFK, let alone something as fundamental as the soul trap theory. The system does not benefit from people questioning official narratives/religions/power structures, or the nature of reality itself. It benefits from compliance + distraction + self-censorship. Once ridicule is internalized, most people shut themselves down before they even begin to investigate. That is why the strongest reactions often come not from evidence being wrong, but from it being uncomfortable.
At the end of the day, this is exactly what you would expect in a system designed to keep people from seeing beyond the surface.
It's alright brother (i see you're a fellow ninja too!). I'm just trying to help people understand how our own programming and other people's programming can be detrimental to us. There is a person who comes to this sub often and constantly pushes the very limiting "the only way to escape is permanent non-existence" idea, and i'm like well..first, it cant be the only way since no one is able to verify whether that's true or not, and whether every single other escape method is false or not. And secondly, the purpose of this sub is for people to find ways to specifically leave the reincarnation cycle, not to stop existing.
Actually, on the contrary, there is evidence that challenges the idea that permanent non-existence is the only way out. Past-life regressionists who explicitly work with clients seeking to exit the reincarnation cycle (such as Calogero Grifasi whom i investigated for years) report something very different. In these sessions, clients are guided to disengage from the Earth system and open a portal at a higher frequency than this realm. What they describe entering is not non-existence, but an entirely different domain of existence one that does not operate on corruption, predation, aging, or death, and does not resemble the "kill or be killed eat or be eaten" mechanics of our world (which is a demiurgic creation). Whether one accepts these findings or not, they directly contradict the claim that annihilation is the only option. They at least demonstrate that continued existence outside this system is being consistently reported within a specific methodological framework. That alone means the “non-existence is the only escape” narrative is premature and unnecessarily limiting. Don't fall for it.
The key point is not that we have absolute answers, but that there is credible, recurring testimony pointing toward alternative modes of existence beyond this realm. Dismissing all of that in favor of a single fatalistic conclusion is not discernment, it is another form of self-censorship. In other words...do not let other people's programming become your programming.
It's an interesting theory but i want to address something. Be wary of your own and other people's conditioning, and of repeating patterns of thinking that do not actually benefit us. Any claim that presents itself as "the only way" to escape should immediately be treated with skepticism. Because of the memory wipe, we are all operating with incomplete information. No one, absolutely no one, has a confirmed or guaranteed method of escape. I become instantly skeptical of any person and they immediately lose me as soon as i hear them saying "there is only one way", "this is the only way" etc.
When someone frames a speculative idea as the only solution, it can become harmful rather than helpful. First, it may simply be wrong (no one can verify/confirm with absolute certainty whether one particular method works or not). Second, it discourages further investigation by implicitly shutting down alternative hypotheses. Once you convince yourself and others that one narrow path is the answer, you stop critically examining other possibilities that may be more accurate or more viable.
'Walk-in' is a real phenomenon. Check out this post, the author recovered many of his past-life and between-lives memories under hypnosis, and one of the things he reports is that the Greys (which are controlled by Mantids and Reptilians) captured his soul, inserted him into an adult body, and used him for tasks involving manipulating or trapping other souls on behalf of these entities (what he identifies as Archonic beings). Basically they put him in another being's body and hijacked the incarnation process for their own agenda. It wasn't a natural incarnation at all, it was a forced/engineered placement, so he could be used as a tool in their system.
Yea 100%. I was having this conversation with another person a couple days ago. We were discussing the prison planet theory and then she started saying something along the lines of "but doesn't any other theory have just as much theory as much merit as PPT? don't religions have just as much merit as PPT? isn't every theory valid?" and i explained to them that no, this is not actually the case. People who say something like this do not really understand what PPT is based on and because of that they do not know how to differentiate between PPT and other theories (in this case this person was new to PPT).
Saying that every theory out there has as much merit as the PPT is quite misleading. Why? Because it treats all belief systems as if they're the same, when they're not. The core difference between the Prison Planet Theory and something like a religion is that all religions ask you to rely on blind faith, 0 evidence and 0 proof given. While PPT is built on cross-correlated evidence from multiple independent sources like you said: past life regressions, alien abduction research, remote viewing projects, NDEs, OOBE experiences, etc (see pinned posts).
But even without any of that external evidence, even if none of that existed, we can see the nature of this reality ourselves. This world is built on suffering: everything survives by consuming something else, everything ages, everything dies, and fear and pain are built into the system. Life literally feeds on life which guarantees non stop suffering for all living beings. That alone tells you that the creator is not benevolent which pretty much debunks almost all religions out there, since they they speak of "benevolent" and "loving" Gods. God is in fact very evil and all you have to do is analyze God's creation to see that. God's own creation speaks volumes about their intentions and about how "benevolent" they are.
Christianity, for example, is based on belief without evidence. It is a theory (actually a huge world-wide cult) based entirely on blind faith. They ask everyone to blindly believe what they're told. In contrast, PPT is built on patterns, testimonies, experiences and research that all converge on the same conclusion.
There is a big difference between theories which are based on imagination and theories that are 100% evidence based and proof based like PPT. Many people also like to say, "I have this theory that…" but if you ask me, discussing ideas that are simply made up adds no real value. Anyone can invent an infinite number of imagination-based theories, and by definition they cannot all be true. That makes them a distraction rather than a path to understanding. And again this is why I take the PPT seriously: it is not built on fantasy/wishful thinking/imagination but on actual evidence and proof.
Also, religion is not universal truth like they make it sound. It's actually an accident of birth. Different cultures produce different gods/scriptures, and different "absolute truths" all of which contradict one another. Where you are born dictates what God you worship, which religion you are likely to follow etc. That alone shows religions cannot serve as reliable guides. What we need is a framework that rises above cultural conditioning and is supported by consistent evidence across independent sources, not blind faith, which leads nowhere.
I wrote a bit about it here:
If the regressionist does question the information they receive and investigates further, interesting things start to be revealed about these entities. Some examples from Calogero Grifasi's sessions are: that these entities have been continuously extracting vital, sexual or other types of vibrational energies from the client (depletion of energy which over time manifests as physical disease for the client, many clients complained to the regressionist of being tired during the day for no reason, even after sleeping for 8 hours at night), that they've implanted the client with all sorts of etheric implants serving multiple purposes such as mind control or emotional control, that they've implanted the client with etheric implants that trigger sexual stimulation during the day and even at night when they are asleep, that they've influenced people's lives in negative ways like causing them unexplainable headaches, unexplainable sensations of fatigue and tiredness, unexplainable states of depression, anxiety, worry and fear (which they absolutely love to feed off of), and that these beings even came after the clients when they died in their previous lives, presenting themselves as the client's angel or spirit guide to once again convince them to go back and reincarnate on Earth, telling them that it's in their best interest to do so. Such information can be pretty shocking to the client, but the good news is that now that they found out about all this they have a chance to break the soul contract that they've formed with these entities and get rid of them (contracts which may have been formed many lives before the current one, either by accident or in voluntary ways like praying and asking for external help, that's how you usually give your permission to these entities to attach themselves to you energetically).
I made a comment in a different thread that answers your question too. Check out my comment in this thread.
Personally, i don't put much trust in NDEs and it doesnt matter to me if they are positive or negative, mainly because the person who had the NDE didn't actually die, so we can't know for sure if what they experienced truly reflects the afterlife, so NDEs just aren't very useful if you ask me. That's one of the reasons I spent years studying past life regression instead. With past life regressions, you get insights into what happens to the soul inbetween lives, when the person did actually die. Not one, but many different past life regressionists, each working with a large number of clients from all over the world, have found that souls are manipulated or deceived in various ways on the other side in order to get them to reincarnate back into another physical body.
Now, someone might ask, "can we really trust that all the information from past life regressions is accurate"? And my answer would be no. The information that comes through people under hypnosis isn't always going to be 100% reliable, even regressionist Calogero Grifasi (whom i studied the most) has said this. He emphasizes the importance of identifying patterns, so when the same themes consistently emerge across people from different cultures, backgrounds, and parts of the world, it strongly increases the likelihood that those themes reflect something real. This is exactly what we see with the prison planet theory. Different regressionists from around the world, working independently with clients from many different backgrounds, have uncovered remarkably similar insights about the afterlife and the parasitic entities that manipulate/deceive souls on the other side. I wrote a detailed post on this if you want to check out these regressionists and their work (scroll down towards the end of the post and search for "Evidence #1: The perspective of past life regression hypnosis", i've listed many regressions there). So for me, past life regressions hold a lot more weight than NDEs because, unlike NDEs, they involve individuals who have fully crossed over. With NDEs, it's uncertain whether the experience truly reflects the afterlife or just a transitional or altered state.
We're being kept in the dark on purpose. That is one of the core aspects of the prison planet theory. Based on my own personal research i do not believe that the lack of memory/context/answers about where we came from or where we go after death is an accident or a natural condition. It's a feature of the system. A population that remembers its origins and its past experiences would not be manageable. Forgetfulness is the main layer of control.
The emotional part you mentioned is true too. We form deep bonds with people we don’t even know the spiritual history of. We don't know where they came from or where they go when they die. The system makes sure that every separation is traumatic, because the deeper the bonds we form here, the greater the suffering when we're torn away from each other.
It looks like a deliberately engineered environment designed to keep consciousness blind, obedient, and energetically useful. It's not that we “did something wrong” or that we're being punished. It's that we're inside a system that depends on us not knowing the bigger picture.
You are describing a kind of freedom you can feel while still in a physical body, but that is only a limited version of freedom. True freedom is when you are not bound by any limitation at all. That can only happen when you are no longer restricted by a physical body and you exist as a free soul. In that state you can instantly experience whatever you desire, for as long as you want, without time, without constraints, and without anything forcing you into survival, pain, or struggle (the kinds of pressures we are constantly subjected to here on Earth).
So, there is no single verified "correct" escape route because we simply cannot prove that any method actually works. Once you avoid the light, where you go and what you do is entirely up to you. That is why I always tell people: follow what you feel is the safest and most logical path for you personally. No one has a guaranteed blueprint. We can only work with the information we have.
That being said, the method that makes the most sense to me right now is the Wayne Bush approach. I already made a post about his possible solutions here.
This is my current solution, but it is not set in stone. As i learn more, my approach could change in the future, and i encourage you to do the same. Study different escape methods, compare them, and figure out what might work best for you.
Obviously no one can be 100% sure of anything but we're theorizing that the light is a trap because there is evidence from different sources indicating that going into the light leads to reincarnation and being memory wiped.
Here is a very detailed past-life regression session that explains how the tunnel of light works. It describes the light as advanced ET technology used to memory-wipe and reprogram souls, and also reveals that Reptilian, Mantid and Grey entities work together to keep humanity in a state of amnesia and trapped in the reincarnation cycle.
Farsight Institute have done 2 remote viewing projects that focus on the afterlife, The Death Traps and The Escape. They too found that the purpose of the tunnel of light that appears when we die is to violently shock any soul that enters it which causes the soul to lose it's memory. In addition they discovered that there is an energetic grid surrounding the whole planet which also zaps any soul that attempting to go through it. Interestingly, Farsight identified the same types of beings operating the tunnel of light technology as those described in the past life regression i linked above.
Personally, i was already familiar with this information from other sources like Val Valerian, and the past-life regressions and remote-viewing data only reinforced and confirmed it further. In one of his books, Val Valerian wrote:
“It is they (grey aliens) who await in the light when a human being dies. The human being is then recycled into another body and the process begins all over again… Hence the Light and Tunnel at death Trap. Scanning someone they wish to recycle as they near death, the aliens discover who the person was close to has died. They project the person(s) image in the white light tunnel and the image waves you in deeper. If you CHOOSE to follow you can be trapped and sent to another incarnation of their choice… these entities view Earth as a big farm.”
Besides all this data, just using basic reasoning is enough to see a massive red flag. Why would an all-loving, compassionate, and understanding being design an afterlife where you're suddenly confronted with a mysterious tunnel of light, given no real explanation of where it leads, and expected to blindly trust it? Would something truly benevolent put you in a situation where you have to gamble your entire existence on blind faith? I see this as a big red flag. A genuinely benevolent being would offer clarity and informed choice, not confusion and forced obedience to something unknown, especially when you've just died and are disoriented, confused, and trying to make sense of what’s happening.
I don't think this topic is as popular as you think it is.
Imo the best prison planet content creators are the following:
Forever Conscious Research Channel
That being said, you can also check out the discoveries of many past life regressionists, remote viewers or alien abduction researchers about this reality and the afterlife, that i listed towards the end of this post, that's where the real research and evidence comes from and it's more important than "this youtuber said this".
Check out all the videos and articles I linked in this post in the "Reincarnation and the white tunnel of light" chapter, which is the second chapter in my post.
Good question, fair to ask. But beauty does not equal freedom.
Cows can enjoy a green field, but that does not mean that the farmer isn't farming them and eventually eating them. Comfort and beauty make captivity easier to accept.
A pleasant environment can be bait, not proof of benevolence. Look at what beauty hides. Every meadow, forest, and ocean is also a food chain built on suffering. Flowers feed insects. Insects feed birds. Birds feed bigger predators. Animals are born only to be hunted, trapped, farmed, or diseased. Humans build slaughterhouses, factory farms, and systems that profit from pain. On top of that you have cancer, famine, natural disaster, child suffering, and endless cruelty between people. Beautiful sunsets do not erase those facts.
If the world were made by a truly loving architect, why design bodies prone to horrific disease, why let children suffer, why bake predation into every ecosystem? Beauty can soothe and distract. It can hide the mechanics of a system that runs on survival, exploitation, and often needless pain. So no, nature's beauty is not proof this place is benevolent. It can be part of the trap, the pleasant surface that keeps most people from asking the hard questions.
A farm (in this case, a loosh farm) doesn't have to be ugly. If anything, if it is beautiful it will attract more and more souls to incarnate into this place. If this was a hellish place no one would agree to come here.
Well these people believe in the Law of One hoax so it's not too surprising.
OP even wrote at the beginning of the post: "Channeled via Carla". So a person named Carla channeled an entity which spoke through her. But regardless of what the entity says, people who buy into the Law of One hoax (New Agers) think it's a good thing and that the entity may even be on our side. I mean look at the comments there, there are no questions such as "is this a benevolent entity?", "does the entity have a hidden agenda?", "should we trust this information?". There is zero critical thinking from their part. Instead, they are praising the entity and it's messages. The entity can even tell them the truth, that they are "food for the creator" yet they still think it's a good thing and that the entity and the Creator are benevolent. Incredible.
I made a post about this a while ago which i think will answer your questions. It's based on someone's retrieved memories from past lives and in between lives through regression: https://www.reddit.com/r/EscapingPrisonPlanet/comments/11unrqd/long_post_but_a_very_important_piece_of_the/
Yeah i was. If you liked this one, you should watch this one as well. It's in dutch but it has english subs.
Yep i know exactly what you're talking about (made a post about this as well). You have to keep in mind that religious people dont have proof nor evidence to sustain their claims that God is "loving and benevolent". They're experts in mental gymnastics. What they're actually doing is they're putting blind faith in a belief, and then make it sound like the belief they put blind faith in, is the absolute truth. Here's what i said about them in the post i linked:
Imagine 100 million people around the world who are chronically ill. In reality the number is much bigger but i'll use this number for the sake of the argument. And all of these people pray to God for healing. Inevitably, some of them will recover for natural reasons like a stronger immune system or better medical access, maybe their condition was less severe than others. These people then thank God for saving them. But what about the ones who prayed just as hard, maybe even harder, and did not recover? What about children who suffer or die young, despite their innocence? What about children who die of cancer, why does this good God not save them? Is God ok with children suffering (as well as their parents and loved ones)?
The sad truth:
Attributing recovery to God is a fallacy because it ignores the millions and millions who were not helped. Not only were they left to suffer and die in terrible ways, but this includes countless people who lived peaceful lives, caused no harm, and still received no mercy. This shows that this is is not divine love, it is proof of randomness being mistaken for intervention by people who are programmed with religious ideas. The truth is that people remember the exceptions and build faith on selective outcomes, while overlooking the countless prayers that went unanswered. The religious programming runs so deep that even when the logic completely collapses, they twist themselves into mental gymnastics to protect the belief. If God heals 1 in 100, they call it a miracle. If God ignores the other 99, they call it "mysterious ways" which is not an explanation, it is a cop-out. Imagine a human ruler who tortured and killed billions, and when asked "why", his followers said "his love for us works in mysterious ways". Nobody would accept that. Yet with God, people defend the indefensible. This is how powerful religious programming can be.
Beyond the proof and evidence which most of us are already familiar with
There are systems of control that operate beyond human perception, such as the cycle of reincarnation. There is evidence suggesting that we serve as energetic food for other-worldly beings, which is why they push the idea of constant reincarnation under the guise of "spiritual evolution", "karma" or "paying for sins".
So when people ask "is the prison planet theory true?" most people only think about the metaphysical side: reincarnation, soul traps, loosh harvesting and Archons. But what about the surface-level proofs we can already see with our own eyes? The control mechanisms are right here in plain sight, woven into the systems we take part in every single day.
The #1 proof showing that this place is a loosh farm/prison planet and that God is an extremely malevolent being is the simple fact that every living being on Earth has been placed in a system where survival depends on inflicting suffering on others. Every creature on this planet must attack, kill or be killed, consume or be consumed 24/7, just to stay alive. I've already made several posts explaining this aspect of reality such as , , or .
There is also : the data gathered from many different past life regressionists, alien abduction researchers, and remote viewers suggests that this world functions as a loosh farm/prison planet and that human souls are tricked, manipulated or coerced to reincarnate back here again and again, which according to their findings, this place is a matrix designed to harvest human energy to sustain the system and the beings responsible for its creation.
However, this post is not about the brutal "kill or be killed” nature of existence nor about the evidence suggesting we're being energetically harvested. It is about connecting even more pieces of the puzzle to show how deeply these mechanisms of control intertwine.
From classrooms to corporations: How education, work, and money condition humanity to serve the hidden Reptilian hierarchy
Besides what i've already mentioned above, there are also surface-level systems that reflect these same mechanisms of manipulation, visible to anyone willing to truly look. These are the everyday structures that shape our thoughts, restrict our choices, and condition our behavior from birth. They mirror the same principles of control found on higher, unseen levels; only here they manifest through education, labor, media, and money. What most people mistake for normal social order is, in reality, the visible layer of a far deeper and more sophisticated system of enslavement.
I have investigated the nature of reality and who controls this place for more than a decade. Based on my own personal research, I have come to the realization that the individuals at the very top of the global hierarchy, above even the Rothschilds and Rockefellers (although these are up there), are not merely powerful human elites. They belong to something far older and far darker. These figures maintain close connections with off-world entities that assist in carrying out their control agenda on Earth. Those at the absolute highest level are actually hybrids, shape-shifting beings who have secretly influenced humanity for thousands of years.
Survivors of secret societies and ritual abuse, people such as or , or people like ex-former Dutch banker , have repeatedly described these entities as Reptilian in nature, occupying the most critical positions within world power structures. According to the testimonies of people like these within elite circles, the elites perform satanic rituals (where they torture and sacrifice people and animals) in order to please their non-human masters and to even communicate with them. They've been doing this for thousands of years.
Through their control of bloodlines, secret orders, and global institutions, they created the systems that govern our lives today. The banking system, the invention of money itself, and the global economic framework were designed by these hybrid elites to enslave humanity financially, ensuring that every person becomes dependent on their artificial structures for survival. These mechanisms of debt and labor feed directly into the larger system of control, keeping people in constant struggle and emotional distress. These beings feed on human suffering and energetic output, which is why war, poverty, and chaos never truly disappear. The elite families and organizations visible to the public are only the outer layer of a much deeper and more complex hierarchy that extends far beyond the human realm.
The education system and 9-5 wage slavery reflect a higher-level system of control which keeps humanity in invisible chains
If you really look around, modern society does not need even physical bars to function like a prison. The system is built to keep people obedient, dependent, and distracted from ever questioning the structure itself.
It starts with education. From a young age, children are not taught how to think, but what to think. Schools reward memorization, compliance, and repetition. The ones who question authority or refuse to conform are labeled as troublemakers. The purpose of the system is not to create independent thinkers, but predictable workers who follow instructions and do as told.
Once that conditioning is complete, after years and years of the same routine, people enter the labor system. Here the illusion of choice continues. We are told that hard work and ambition lead to "freedom", but the majority of people spend their entire lives working to survive, not to live. The paycheck becomes a lifeline, not a reward. The system is designed so that most people cannot escape it. Debt, taxes, rent, and inflation keep everyone locked in the same loop: work, consume, repeat.
Money becomes the chain that keeps people bound. We trade most of our time and life energy for paper currency that instantly flows upward into the hands of corporations and governments. The system rewards those who exploit others, and punishes those who try to live outside of it.
People are essentially farmed for work. We are raised, trained, and guided into lives where the majority of our time and energy go into maintaining the very system that exploits us. It is a self-sustaining loop where humans produce the labor, goods, and energy that keep the structure alive.
Media and entertainment play their role too. Constant stimulation keeps people busy enough not to notice the structure they are trapped in. Every system: education, work, media, but also religion, functions together to maintain control over human thought and behavior.
These interconnected systems are reflections of a larger mechanism of control. Just as the soul reincarnates into another physical body under the illusion of choice, people on Earth are reincarnated into the same social hierarchy generation after generation. The structure renews itself endlessly, and most never realize they are in a cage because from a young age they were trained to accept it without question.
From the perspective of prison planet theory, human suffering and compliance are not just societal side effects, they are fuel. Every moment of stress, fear, or frustration produces energy that feeds the higher-level controlling entities of this reality. By keeping people trapped in repetitive cycles of work, debt, and distraction, the system ensures a constant supply of this energy.
Realistic expectations: This is an individual journey
Let's be honest with ourselves. The vast majority of people cannot even recognize the surface-level proofs + evidence showing that the God of this reality is malevolent, that humanity is enslaved through the 9–5 system, that money has been created as a tool of enslavement and control or that every living being is forced into the brutal law of kill or be killed. If most cannot even see these visible signs of suffering, control and enslavement, then expecting them to grasp the metaphysical aspects such as reincarnation traps, energetic harvesting, or the role of Archons, is unrealistic to say the least.
The most mind-blowing thing to me is that the truth is right in front of everyone's eyes, yet almost no one can see it. People willingly take part in wage slavery, working 9–5 jobs just to survive, some even work multiple jobs, constantly exhausted, anxious, and drained. There are people who see suffering all around them: humans killing animals, animals killing each other, life feeding on life, but, they still cannot connect the dots. Somehow, they continue to believe that this is a "normal" world created by a loving God. Every single day they witness pain, struggle, competition, deceit just to stay alive, yet they never stop to question why things are this way.
This just shows how deep the programming runs. Humanity has been conditioned from birth to accept suffering as natural, obedience as virtue, and control as order. The system doesn't need bars or chains anymore: it has trained people to defend their own enslavement. The evidence of this control is everywhere, in plain sight, but the conditioning is so powerful that most would rather deny the truth than face it.
Unless one is dedicated enough to start investigating every single important aspect of our lives, visible to our eyes and non-visible to our eyes, then then they will remain trapped within the illusion, unknowingly feeding the very system that exploits them. True awakening requires more than belief, it demands relentless curiosity, personal responsibility, and the courage to question everything we have ever been taught. Each individual must take it upon themselves to seek knowledge, to connect the dots, and to prepare for liberation from this cycle. No one is coming to save us, freeing ourselves begins with seeing reality for what it truly is, and then actually doing something about it.
Which means that this path is not about collective awakening or mass salvation. It is an individual process. Each person must take responsibility for their own awareness, do the research, arm themselves with knowledge, and prepare consciously for what comes after death. Escaping the cycle is a personal journey, one that only those who constantly seek truth will be able to undertake.
You can start by taking full responsibility for your own awareness and choices. Question everything, even the things that sound comforting or spiritual. Arm yourself with knowledge, because understanding how the system works is the first step in freeing yourself from it. When you know the mechanics of manipulation, it loses its power over you.
Also, practice self-mastery. That does not mean perfection, it means knowing your mind, controlling your reactions, and refusing to be ruled by fear or guilt. The more aware and grounded you become, the less influence these entities or systems can have over you.
In short, real change begins with inner freedom. Once enough people stop giving their consent to deception, the external structure begins to collapse naturally. It all starts with sovereignty and awareness.
The key idea is that doing good or being kind does not mean you are outside of the system. In fact, it can actually help keep the system stable.
Based on their work with clients, these past life regressionists found that many people who have NDEs come back and unknowingly become propagandists for the system. So while they may "turn their lives around and do good" what actually happens is that they start promoting the same belief system that keeps souls cycling through the same control structure. Their stories reinforce obedience to the light, trust in external saviours/authority, and acceptance of reincarnation as something positive rather than a trap. In other words, their transformation serves the system by strengthening its narrative, not by exposing it.
"See this is a thing about NDEs too is that nobody dies by accident here. It is all orchestrated and so these NDEs are being orchestrated by these beings for the propaganda. They're not just like oh this person died so let me introduce them to this propaganda that they can bring back, no, they're controlling the whole death process too, like that doesn't happen by accident, that's all part of the orchestration and what they're doing is they're orchestrating that to introduce this propaganda to make everybody believe that 'Earth is you know such a great place to be' and 'go to the light' and 'it's so beautiful over there' and all of this kind of stuff".
Long before modern discussions of the prison planet theory, there were the Cathars, a spiritual movement that existed mainly in southern France between the 11th and 13th centuries. They were declared heretics and brutally exterminated by the Catholic Church during the Albigensian Crusade, but their core beliefs are deeply relevant to what we now call the prison planet theory.
The Cathars believed that humans were immortal souls trapped by the devil in physical bodies and the goal of life was to free oneself from attachment to those bodies and the physical world. The Cathars believed that the material world was created by an evil or false god, not the true source of light or spirit. To them, the physical universe was not a divine creation but a trap for the soul. They taught that the god who made the physical world was a deceiver: a lower, corrupt being who trapped divine souls in bodies of flesh.
According to them, the purpose of life was to serve the good by serving others and escape from the cycle of rebirth and death to our original home.
They viewed human life as a cycle of reincarnation in which souls were repeatedly imprisoned in physical forms, unable to return to the pure spiritual realm until they awakened to the truth. This awakening involved rejecting the material world, refusing to take part in any kind of violence, and avoiding participation in the systems that maintained the corruption of the material world and the enslavement of the soul, including the Church and warfare. The cathars had strict rules for fasting and they refused to eat meat and other animal products.
When you look at this belief system, it is strikingly similar to what many now call the prison planet theory. The Cathars saw Earth as a kind of spiritual prison ruled by a false creator. They believed that after death, souls could be deceived and recycled back into new bodies. They also warned that religious institutions were being used as instruments of control by the same dark power that ruled this world.
This was not an idea born out of internet speculation or modern conspiracy theories. It was a worldview that emerged almost a thousand years ago, long before social media, UFO culture, or New Age spirituality. The Cathars were describing a metaphysical system of enslavement that modern findings from past life regression, alien abduction research and remote viewing now confirm to be true about our reality.
The Catholic Church's response to the Cathars was total annihilation. Entire towns were wiped out and their writings were destroyed. If their ideas were merely harmless superstition, such extreme measures would not have been necessary. This suggests that what the Cathars were saying challenged the very foundation of the control system of their time.
You can see the same control system in place today in real life but also online including on places like Reddit: many people have personally told me that they were banned on other subreddits, ridiculed, gaslighted, and called crazy for simply mentioning the prison planet theory. So when people today talk about Earth being a kind of spiritual prison or energy farm, it is not necessarily a new theory. Nowadays we just have way more details and way more sources to work with.
You can find more information about the Cathars on the internet, but this is a nutshell summary of their beliefs. The Cathars were one of the first groups in recorded history to say openly that the god of this world is not the true god, and that escaping the cycle of reincarnation is the only real path to freedom.
I've studied it. Law of one is channeled material, and many people (especially the naive New Agers) choose to blindly believe it without questioning where it really comes from. The information in it works like a charm to fool freshly awakened souls who are searching for truth. It's a carefully crafted deception for the gullible to accept as "higher wisdom".

The first red flag: in the book, RA tells us that reincarnation is "a good thing" and that humanity should keep returning to this planet over and over again "in order to evolve". However, extensive research by past life regressionists like Calogero Grifasi, Tena and Karen, Karla Turner, and Corrado Malanga, who have spent decades studying these claims, shows that this idea is a complete fabrication/lie. We are not here to "evolve" and this idea is designed to make souls accept endless reincarnation on this planet for reasons that do not actually benefit us.
-
The second red flag comes from a group of remote viewers who were tasked to remote view RA, the actual being which was being channeled in the Law of one. When they remote viewed RA and especially RA's mind, the remote viewers said that it was the most evil and psychopatic being they've ever remote viewed in their career. Yet, this being through the law of one book is giving humanity "advice" on how to live and what to do. You won't really understand much from the trailer alone and you'd have to watch the whole thing to understand but i thought i'd share this for some context.
-
The third red flag is that the original authors of the Law of One (Carla Rueckert, Don Elkins, and Jim McCarty) were deeply involved in channeling practices and experiments that were heavily influenced by intelligence-linked figures like Dr. Andrija Puharich, a man associated with mind-control and psychic manipulation research. Basically this material is a deliberate deception designed to influence how people think about spirituality and to become obedient to unseen "higher beings". In other words, it wasn't enlightenment being shared, it was in fact programming disguised as wisdom. Check out the video about this.
So basically, what RA says in that book is what they want us to believe because it fits their agenda, not ours. Ofcourse these entities are going to make it sound as if reincarnating here is something beneficial to us, otherwise so many souls wouldn't have a reason to agree going back, so their best bet is to make us think it's in our best interest to do so. Humanity's evolution is the last thing they care about. They've managed to fool millions, if not more.
I've said it before. Based on everything i've researched, i strongly suspect that religions as well as the New Age movement were created to deceive various groups of people, depending on which one they resonate more with. Despite appearing different on the surface, they all seem to share the same goal, which is to mislead people. When you think about it, all religions rely on blind faith in much the same way that the New Age movement does. I would not be surprised one bit if the archonic forces controlling this planet were behind the creation of these movements.
For me personally, it does not matter whether the information I come across sounds "negative" or "positive". Real truth seekers look for the truth regardless of whether it makes them feel good or bad.
That being said, i have come across people who accuse me of "spreading fear" which is completely absurd. First of all, i gain nothing from that. Second, all i am trying to do is get to the bottom of what is really going on. I do not care if the information turns out to be dark or uplifting. I just want the absolute truth.
But let me tell you something. People who see this information as "fear-mongering" fail to realize one thing. The actual reason they see it as "fear-mongering" is because they themselves feel fear while talking/thinking about this information. If they didn't, they wouldn't have felt the need to mention the "fear-mongering" part. So what they're doing is their projecting their own emotional response onto others.
Which means, these people need to work on themselves and their fears. Reacting with fear is a problem that they themselves have, and, instead of addressing their internal fears, they put the blame on something external to them, on the information. Not only that, but they also often gaslight you and put the blame on you for bringing up this information, as if you are the problem. In reality, information is just information. Information is never positive or negative, it's how you react to it that makes it either positive or negative. You can react to it using logic, or, you can react to it emotionally. The problem with people who react emotionally is that their emotions (such as fear or anxiety) disrupts their ability to think clearly or logically. This is backed by science.
You can work on eliminating your fears (and there's multiple ways to do it) and then you will get to a point where you can talk about any subject without feeling any kind of discomfort. For many people however, it is a lot easier to put the blame on something else instead of working on themselves and the actual issue.
It is the same with many NDE experiencers. They return to Earth and end up becoming unintentional propagandists for the very system that controls this place.
Then there are people who have not done any kind of research and say "See? It is all good! No deception, nothing to worry about". But they are completely unaware of the bigger agenda at play. And I am not saying that we are the ones who know 100% of what is happening or that we hold the absolute truth either, but at least we are putting as many puzzle pieces together as possible and questioning things instead of blindly accepting the official narrative. Blind faith will not get us anywhere. Quite the opposite.
I very much doubt that all lives are happening at the same time. There's people who theorize that this is the case, but the reincarnation data and countless verified cases point more toward a sequential process rather than simultaneous lifetimes. There's many people who can remember very specific details from previous lives that were later verified, things like names/places/historical events or even locations they could not have possibly known about in their current lifetime.
There are also documented cases of children who remember their past lives, visit their previous homes, recognize relatives, and identify personal items that belonged to them before. If all lives were happening simultaneously, then such clear linear memories and verifiable data would not make sense.

It's based on a lot more than Gnosticism and NDEs. Check out my post about it, scroll down to the evidence list and you'll see there are way more important sources than those, such as data coming from hundreds of past life regressions, data coming from remote viewing projects, data coming from alien abduction researchers etc.
It's important that people see the actual evidence supporting the prison planet theory, not just read words about it. It took me a long time to write this post, and even longer time to research everything i have, as you can see from the title of that post (although the post is just a small summary of what i've researched).
But turning it into a book would've been a bad idea, here's why:
That post provides direct links to videos showing reincarnation is real, it includes links to many past-life regressions from many different credible regressionists showing how the deceased are tricked and coerced on the other side into reincarnating back here. It also includes remote viewing videos from different groups explaining the data they obtained, explaining who is behind the veil etc. It also provides links to the discoveries of Robert Monroe, Dr Karla Turner, William Thompkins, Val Valerian, it talks about Gnosticism and how it connects to the prison planet theory etc. None of this is possible with a book, because you cannot show the actual videos or interactive evidence that give the theory its weight. Without the evidence people will think it's sci-fi, so turning it into a book is a waste of time. My post explains the reasoning and the conclusions in a way that is easy to understand, without contradictions or unnecessary distractions. It's as straight to the point as possible. Last but least, i found this information to be too important to monetize, so i released all the important information i knew for free. People deserve to know.
So my advice to you would be this: instead of trying to make a book, focus on writing an in-depth Reddit post where you lay out the theory in your own words. Provide links to the strongest evidence, especially the videos, so people can see the evidence directly instead of just taking your word for it. Otherwise, without solid sources, people will be quick to dismiss what you say, some people will attack you personally even if you do provide evidence + proof (most people cannot handle this topic, they'd rather believe a beautiful lie as opposed to an ugly truth), and call you all sorts of names. A well-structured post backed with real evidence will speak for itself.
I think you're right that going through pain and suffering can push people to question reality more deeply. But for me personally, this theory didn't come from emotion or trying to make sense of bad experiences. It came from personal research and years of looking into the evidence and noticing patterns that point to something deeply off about the structure of this place. I came to the conclusion that this is a prison planet/loosh farm after researching over 500 past life regressions where people describe being pressured to reincarnate on the other side, seeing that there are many regressionists/alien abduction researchers who came to the conclusion that ETs are truly evil and that all they care about is to exploit/control us, discovering remote viewing data showing manipulation after death and the light being used as a trap, discovering out of body experiencer Robert Monroe and finding out about loosh harvesting and how it fits into the bigger picture, etc.
I sympathize with what you have been through, but i also think that it's important that people, especially those new to this sub understand this theory is not based on trauma or used as some kind of coping mechanism. For many of us, it's simply about connecting dots and following where the information leads. You can live a normal, healthy life and still see that this system runs on suffering, deception, and decay.
Anyway, to answer your question. Besides all the evidence i've come across, my eureka moment was when I realized that this entire place is built on killing, eating, and being eaten. Every single being here is put in a situation where they have to attack, kill and eat another living being just to survive which guarantees endless suffering for all living beings 24/7. That's when it hit me that we actually have proof showing that whoever created this place is extremely evil and what mainstream religions and people around us tell us about “God” is very, very far from the truth.
Look, you are still framing this as if injustice between humans is the main problem, when in reality it is only one layer of the design. Yes, male privilege exists. Yes, religions and cultures have been shaped by it. But those are surface-level mechanisms, not the source. They are the tools, not the architect.
Learning about privilege may help someone navigate life more consciously, but that does not touch the root issue. It is like learning to play prison politics so you can avoid trouble with other inmates. It might help you survive the day, but you are still behind bars. The deeper question is: who built the bars, and why was this system set up to divide people in the first place?
If the creator was truly loving, the system itself would not have been designed around hierarchy, conflict, and endless suffering. Instead, the world runs on predation and exploitation by default, and injustice between humans is just one expression of that.
So yes, recognizing injustice is useful, but calling it the core problem is missing the forest for the trees. It is one of many ways the system keeps us distracted and fighting each other, instead of seeing the actual builder of the prison.
"what do you propose as a way of escaping the prison planet?"
I propose the Wayne Bush and Julie McVey method which i made a post about recently: https://www.reddit.com/r/EscapingPrisonPlanet/comments/1nol9j0/how_to_escape_the_reincarnation_cycle_by_wayne/
Also it's worth keeping in mind that we cannot be sure that even if we follow everything Wayne says, we will escape. We simply do not know if this is enough or fully accurate. What we do know is that Wayne Bush has been researching this topic for over 20 years and probably knows a lot more than we do. Do not look at this post as "this is the absolute truth and I need to stop my research here". Look at it as "okay, this is a possible solution, so I will save it somewhere and then keep researching for better solutions. If they show up, fine. If they do not, at least I have this one".
It seems that you are missing my point too. I am not denying that men have abused women throughout history or that systemic injustice exists. What I am saying is that focusing only on intra-system oppression while ignoring the architect of the system is like blaming the prisoners for the conditions of the prison while ignoring the warden who designed it.
Yes, men have played roles in maintaining structures of power, just as women have too in their own ways. But both are running on hardware and instincts they did not design. The wolf eats the sheep because it was built to. The human exploits the weak because that instinct was coded into the system. You can scream "male privilege" all day long, but that just shifts the blame sideways instead of upwards.
The core truth is this: no truly good and loving creator would have built a system where predation, violence, rape, famine, hierarchy, and exploitation are baked in from the ground up. That is not a "social justice issue". That is a design issue. Pointing fingers at men, women, or any group within the prison is just infighting. And infighting is exactly what keeps the prison strong.
If people really want to transcend this place, they need to stop getting trapped in identity-politics-level arguments and instead recognize the prison itself. Otherwise, the demiurge laughs while we fight over crumbs.
I think you completely misunderstood what I wrote. I am not talking about masculine vs feminine energy or which one has been pushed out of the picture. I am talking about the system itself that allowed all of this to exist in the first place.
Saying "the problem was always man" just shifts the blame from the architect of this place to the beings inside it and it is like blaming a lion for killing a gazelle when the lion was literally designed to do that. Humans did not design their instincts, weaknesses, or drives. They were born with them.
The whole masculine/feminine framework is just another distraction from looking at the deeper truth: if the so-called creator was loving and just, the world would not have been designed this way at all. The suffering of women (or anyone) would not even exist.
So the issue is not about "bringing the feminine back". The issue is that we are trapped in a rigged system where suffering is guaranteed by design. Until that is acknowledged, talking about energies and balance will only keep people distracted from the real problem.
Small brain people blame men or women for this, but big brain people realize that the real root of the problem is the system itself, the way we were designed. Who created us with these drives, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities? It was not women who chose to be physically weaker, and it was not men who chose to be born with powerful lust drives. Both sexes were set up this way.
If you are part of this subreddit, you should already be aware of this!! Perhaps you are new here, in which case, i will put things into perspective for you:
Every male human and every male animal is born with lust. That is not their fault. Some are born with less ability to control or resist it, which means abuse and exploitation are built into the system from the start. If we were created by a truly loving, perfect God, why design a world where a certain percentage of the population has to live in fear of the other half? Why make women physically weaker, more vulnerable to violence, pregnancy, and social control? Why allow children to be born into danger of sexual abuse at all?
It is not men vs. women, it is humanity vs the creator of this broken system, the Demiurge. The suffering women endure is not accidental, it is baked into the design of this reality. Predation, abuse, and exploitation are everywhere, not just between humans but in the entire animal kingdom. That reveals something about the personality of this so called benevolent and loving creator which so many people love to bow down to.
Incarnating as a woman has it's downsides, just like incarnating as a male has it's downsides. But blaming men or women misses the bigger picture. The real evil is the so-called God who set up the rules of the game.
Blaming men for being born with lust or women for being born physically weaker is like blaming a lion for killing a gazelle to survive. The lion did not design itself to survive that way, it was designed like that by the creator. Just like humans did not choose their instincts, drives, or vulnerabilities.
So when abuse happens, the real blame should not go to the individual alone but to the architect of the system that made such abuse inevitable. The ridiculous "God" people worship is the one who programmed predators to kill and humans to exploit, then has the nerve to be called "loving".
The problem is not the animals for doing what they must to survive, just as the problem is not men or women for being born into roles they never asked for. The problem is the so-called creator who set the rules to guarantee endless suffering.
Let me share something that most people don't seem to think about when it comes to those who believe they "chose this experience". Based on everything I’ve researched, even those who are absolutely convinced they selected their life conditions and acted out of free will could have been deceived.
Imagine the following scenario: A "spirit guide" or "angel" (archon) came to you in the astral realm and presented you with only two options: either go to Earth or another planet, without ever revealing to you that there was a third choice, one where you could go anywhere you truly wanted? You would think you were choosing freely, but in reality, the options presented to you were limited. The "choice" you thought you made might not have been a real choice at all, but an illusion carefully crafted to give you the false sense of free will. The other place/planet they might've been told about, could've perhaps housed the same conditions as planet Earth, so in the end, their choice didn't matter, what mattered was that they gave their permission to incarnate in one of those two places. I have seen evidence from past life regressions showing that the recently deceased humans were being coerced/tricked/lied to on the other side. But because New Agers are unaware that a third option existed (do what you want), they are now convinced that everyone chose their suffering, traumas, and all the horrible things that are happening in their lives.
So when people tell you "oh yeah, we plan our lives, we chose this and that", "we acted out of free will" they are telling you their own personal truth, not the actual truth of our situation. Based on my personal experience with them, the vast majority of New Agers never investigate/research too much, they do not look at the data and they rarely think outside the box. They just repeat what they hear from that movement (which in my opinion is archonic in nature). Same thing religious people do.
The "you chose it" or "you are miserable because you keep choosing to be" line is nothing more than spiritual gaslighting. It takes real pain and suffering and shifts the blame onto the victim, while pretending that cruelty is "spiritual wisdom". If a dog is beaten daily by its owner, would anyone in their right mind say the dog "chose" that suffering? Of course not. The dog is trapped in circumstances beyond its control. Same with factory-farmed animals. Cows and chickens did not "choose" to be abused and slaughtered, yet here they are, victims of a system they never consented to. But when it comes to humans, New Agers suddenly twist logic and claim every abuse, illness, and trauma is "chosen".
The truth is, most suffering is created by the design of this system. Predation, disease, exploitation, abuse are baked into the fabric of this world. To blame individuals for responding to trauma or hardship is to protect the system itself. That is why the archonic New Age "you chose this" excuse exists: it is the perfect way to keep people passive, to stop them from questioning why this reality is set up like this in the first place.
When someone close to you passes away, you still want the best for their soul, so you fall back on the comforting belief that they "went to God". It is a way of coping with grief and I totally understand it, as a matter of fact i've done this myself when i was younger.
But here is the real question: should we keep clinging to comforting beliefs, or should we be searching for objective truth, no matter how difficult it is? Is blind faith in an idea, just because it feels good, really the way forward? Blind faith was the way to go thousands of years ago. Generations and generations before us have relied on blind faith. Should it continue to be that way forever? No. It is time to look for the truth, and even if we can't find the absolute, unchangeable truth, then we should at least question the general consensus/"truth".
Let's think about it logically. Is it actually a good thing if they go to "God"? Think about what that means. This God is evil enough to create a world where survival is based on killing and consuming other life. This is the case for all living beings on this planet. We're placed in an environment where we have to kill either directly or indirectly by paying someone else to do it for us. Every ecosystem is designed to run on violence and consumption. Predation, parasitism, disease, famine, mass death and trauma are baked into every food chain, every ecosystem, every human institution. If the creator is all-loving, why build a system where billions suffer needlessly and endlessly? That contradiction is the smoking gun.
A world where animals tear each other apart and experience excruciating pain, humans killing animals and each other, even plants compete for survival. So, is that really where you want your loved ones to go? If you ask me, that is the last being i would want my loved one to meet when they die.
Religions tell us this creator is pure love, pure goodness, pure light. But the design of this reality proves the opposite. Pain, death, predation, exploitation. Remember, actions speak louder than words. If anything, what religions tell us about God looks more like a complete inversion of the truth.
And what would the encounter with God may look like? "You have sinned too much" -> "go back". "You have accumulated too much karma" -> "go back" (even though ).
Compare the worst human monsters to the scale of natural suffering. Even the worst humans in history did not create whole species just to suffer and fight for their life 24/7, or design ecosystems that produce endless pain by default. The scale of suffering here is orders of magnitude beyond any human atrocity. That points at intentional design, not random cruelty or a good God.
Some people say "God gave everyone free will, that is why suffering exists". But is that so? A baby gazelle being eaten alive by lions did not "choose" that. Free will does not explain natural disasters, diseases, or children dying of cancer. That proves suffering is baked into the design, not just a byproduct of choice. If God was love, he would have made a world where cooperation sustains life, not one where endless slaughter is required just to survive.
People pray to God to heal them or help them in some way, but this is the same God that allowed their problem in the first place. When some people see improvement, they say it is because of God, while those who do not improve are left in silence. In reality, it is simply chance. If God was truly loving and just, would he/she not help all people equally, rather than only a select few? God is supposed to be pure and unconditional love. Unconditional means exactly that: without condition. If help is given to some but withheld from others, especially innocent children who suffer, then what is being described is not unconditional love at all. It is favoritism and neglect, dressed up in religious language. This fact alone is proof that God is not unconditional love like we've been taught.
As a result, when people say "my loved one went to God" they are not realizing they are actually saying "my loved one went to the Demiurge", the same being that designed this place the way it is. The same "God" who thrives on suffering and feeds on energy. That is not a blessing, that is just returning to the farmer who bred you into the slaughterhouse in the first place. The "God" of religions is not who they think they are. It is the warden dressed up as the savior.
Cows on a farm might look at the farmer and think he's God. The human farmer feeds them, shelters them and keeps them alive. From the cow's perspective the human farmer seems benevolent. But is the farmer actually God? And is it a good, all loving, God? No and no. All the farmer wants is to exploit these animals for his own benefit. The farmer does not to care about the animals' feelings, all he cares about is himself. If he truly cared, he would free them and let them live in peace. But instead, he keeps them trapped and exploits them 24/7. From inside the farm, it looks like protection and care. Maybe even love. From the outside however, it's actually just cruel farming.
It is the same thing with us. The being people call God plays the role of the provider while running a system that harvests us. If you think the guy who feeds the cows is their friend, fine. Just don't be surprised when the farmer decides to sell them to the slaughterhouse. That reveals the farmer's true intent with these beings. The farmer is not all loving like the cows may think.
The way reality functions is already proof that God is the opposite of loving and that we should do everything in power to escape the reincarnation cycle when our time comes and never come back here again. I salute anyone who can accept the harsh truth, even though it's hard to swallow.
Like i said, lots of research. He did not come to this conclusion easily, he's been researching the nature of reality for 20+ years. Here's another post by Wayne Bush which talks a bit about what he's researched.
At the end of the post, i also added a link to a 10 part podcast-playlist where Wayne Bush talks with Mark from Forever Conscious Research Channel, who is an NDE researcher. This 10 part podcast playlist lasts for a total of 50 hours! The first few podcasts are more focused on how the elites (who are nothing more than a lower level archon group) control our perceptions using music, tv, hollywood, occult symbolism and stuff like that. Then they delve deeper into this subject and start talking about religions, NDEs, pre birth memories and experiences, past life regressions, soul-recycling, loosh harvesting, astral entities and also about what may be the possible afterlife solutions to escaping out of here when our time comes.
Not a stupid question. The thing is, we cannot be sure that even if we follow everything Wayne says, we will escape. We simply do not know if this is enough or fully accurate. What we do know is that Wayne Bush has been researching this topic for over 20 years and probably knows a lot more than we do :). Do not look at this post as "this is the absolute truth and I need to stop my research here." Look at it as "okay, this is a possible solution, so I will save it somewhere and then keep researching for better solutions. If they show up, fine. If they do not, at least I have this one."
Wayne Bush and Juley McVey have recently wrote an article on how to escape the reincarnation cycle. The source for this article is , but for easier accessibility, I will copy paste it here.
Important note: We cannot be sure that even if we follow everything Wayne says, we will manage to escape and put a permanent end to the reincarnation cycle. We simply do not know if what he says is enough or even fully accurate. What we do know is that Wayne Bush has been researching this topic for over 20 years and probably knows a lot more than most people. Do not look at this post as "this is the absolute truth and I need to stop my research here". Look at it as "okay, this is a possible solution, so I will save it somewhere and then keep researching for better solutions. If they show up, fine. If they do not, at least I have this one".
Here is Wayne's post:
"There’s a growing body of evidence suggesting we are non-physical beings temporarily confined within a deceptive, reincarnation system. Our conclusion did not come lightly (please see our previous articles and videos). It’s based on extensive research, firsthand experiences, and a wide range of compelling accounts from those who have peeked beyond the veil through near-death experiences, out-of-body journeys, pre-birth memories, between-lives hypnotherapy sessions, alien encounters, remote viewing, psychedelic explorations, and meditative insights.
This soul-recycling construct seems engineered to manipulate consciousness and suppress memory to keep souls unknowingly caught in a loop of reincarnation. This article is a guide for how to reclaim sovereignty, make conscious choices at the moment of death, and ultimately escape the reincarnation trap.
We may revise this article as we have additional experiences, gain more information, and develop further insight.
Recognize the Nature of the System
The first step toward escaping the reincarnation trap is to recognize the nature of this system designed to convince you to surrender your authority and power to an outside source. This awareness begins with an open mind and the courage to question deeply ingrained beliefs which are mostly given to us by our parents, reinforced by religion, and cemented by culture long before critical thinking develops. Confinement in this soul-recycling system relies not only on the programming received during physical life but extends beyond into the astral realms and so-called higher dimensions. Many religious people believe they will die and experience the afterlife in heaven for eternity. Others believe they will ascend into higher dimensions as they continue to learn and evolve. Still others believe they will return to or merge with “Source.” However, the astral realms (which include “Heaven”), the higher dimensions, and the so-called Source are still part of the deceptive matrix construct.
Many activities are staged to get our manipulated consent. Most people have heard of the “magnetic” tunnel and the alluring white light. Near-death experiencers have reported feeling powerful overwhelming emotions, euphoria and bliss. Perhaps frequency generators are used to create this love-bombing effect. Other tactics used are guilt trips, shaming and the appearance of shapeshifting entities, whether disguised as loved ones, Jesus, angels, religious figures, guides, gurus, masters, or councils.
This manipulated consent blinds you and binds you to yet another round in this cycle of limitation, oppression, and amnesia about your true nature. Whether you return to an Earthly life full of extreme pain and suffering or to a supposedly lighter density, you still remain entangled in the reincarnation loop—supposedly “for your own good.”
Watch:
Awaken to Your True Essence
You are not your physical body. You’re a sovereign consciousness—often referred to as a spirit or soul—temporarily bound to a biological shell. This world is not your true origin, and it’s certainly not your ultimate destination.
Keeping this awareness at the forefront of your mind is essential. It helps you remember your true essence, resist manipulation, and avoid succumbing to disempowering beliefs, false identities, and emotional attachments that tether you to this system.
Practice Sovereignty Now
A sovereign spirit is free, self-governing and takes full ownership of thoughts, energy, and actions without yielding to any outside authority. This requires building discernment and becoming unwavering in knowingness and choices, both in this realm and beyond.
How you respond to authority, media, religion, and social pressure in this life indicates how you’ll respond during the death transition and after death. If you allow yourself to be manipulated here, you’ll allow yourself to be manipulated there. If you’re passive here, you’ll be passive there.
Start practicing sovereignty today. When something feels off, say “no” without doubting yourself. Trust your intuition, even if it challenges collective beliefs. Question all forms of authority such as religious, scientific, governmental, and spiritual. Never give unconscious consent—physically, emotionally, mentally, or energetically. Reject guilt, shame, and emotional manipulation. Stand firmly in your discernment, and act from your own inner knowing. Manifest your intentions through focused thought and power of will.
Declare and embody your sovereignty daily saying, “I am a sovereign being. No body, being or entity has authority over me.”
Deprogram
From the moment we’re born, we’re immersed in systems designed to condition us to accept guilt, sin, karma, unworthiness, and the belief that external authority knows better than inner wisdom. These are control mechanisms. The beginning of dismantling these scripts or implanted beliefs is by first identifying them and then consciously letting go of them.
Letting go includes no longer seeking approval or guidance from outside sources, be they institutions, ideologies, religions, gods, gurus, or spirit guides. Use a healthy dose of skepticism regularly, and question any belief that evokes fear, shame, or self-doubt. For example, ask yourself, “Does this empower me or weaken me? Does this resonate with me or is it programming?” Keep things that resonate as truth and discard everything else.
However, don’t be closed minded and assume you know the truth about everything. Be humble. Although it will take a lot of work and effort doing the research, it’s worthwhile to refine your knowledge. Any viewpoint worth having should be able to withstand scrutiny. Constantly reevaluate your views and be open to new theories. Research all possibilities, even conspiratorial ones which conflict with what you’ve been told is the truth. Adjust your understanding accordingly as new information and experiences become available.
Once you’ve deprogrammed yourself, you will be less likely to give your power away and can begin stepping into your sovereignty.
Detach from Worldly Attachments
To function in this realm, some degree of connection is unavoidable. At the very least, we must eat, bathe and sleep to maintain our biological shells. But many attachments can become like addictions, pulling us back into incarnation again and again. These anchors can include sports, news, religion, sex, drugs, wealth, power, popularity, unrequited love or unfinished business (e.g., missions, goals, achievements, revenge, etc.).
Perhaps the strongest and most emotionally charged attachments are to life partners or children. Many come to the awareness of the soul trap theory after having already built lives that include these relationships. This realization can be conflicting, but we must remember we are not our bodies and neither are they their bodies. It’s likely they’ve had multiple lives already. Their true essence—like ours—is not the Earthly identity they were born into but something far beyond this deceptive matrix.
Release Desires & Emotional Baggage
Let go of desires and unresolved emotional baggage that tether you to this realm. Do not carry a bucket list of experiences you feel you must accomplish before death. If you feel the urge to get something out of your system, reframe it as a gentle preference, not a necessity such as, “I’d enjoy this, but I don’t need it.”
Avoid clinging to desires for reunion, validation, revenge, or closure. These attachments form energetic ties that can be manipulated or used to lure you back into cycles of suffering.
Begin conducting your own mini life reviews while alive—not in some manipulated afterlife scenario. Reflect on emotional triggers such as anger, grief, guilt, shame, regret, lust, grudges, greed, and envy. Identify what provokes these reactions, and actively work to understand, deprogram, and neutralize them. The goal is to remain undisturbed and inwardly centered during your mini life review.
Face Your Fears
Death can trigger instinctive fear, but your true essence must remain calm. Train now to override fear-based programming by observing fear without letting it overtake you. Panic and confusion are remnants of the body and mind, not your eternal consciousness. Practice stillness and desensitize yourself to triggers such as darkness, isolation, and the unknown, so you stay centered when the body falls away.
If you awaken in a silent, dark void, nothing is wrong unless you believe it is. Likewise, if tunnels, portals, or landscapes appear, don’t blindly trust them. Instead ask yourself, “Did I initiate this, or is something pulling me?” Discern self-directed experiences from those driven by external forces.
Not everything you encounter has your best intent. Some forces lure, frighten, or deceive, relying on your belief in their authority. Stand firm in inner knowing. No being—whether light or dark, whether familiar or unfamiliar—has power unless you consent.
You are not helpless. Fear only has power when you forget who you are. Reclaim your authority. Any entity, demon, or god figure loses its hold. Stay grounded in sovereignty, and fear dissolves.
Exercise Curiosity with Caution
In non-physical realms, thought is a creative force. Unlike the physical world, where manifestation is slow, a single thought, desire, or question—especially with subconscious intent—can instantly create or summon something.
Curiosity must be used with caution. Without discernment, it can draw you into scenarios influenced by your longings or emotions which can lead to entanglement.
Become the observer of your mind. Examine every thought or attraction. Where does it come from? Where might it lead? Use neutral observation and clear analysis to navigate.
The more conscious you are and the more intention you use, the less likely you are to fall into traps disguised as wonders.
Intuition, Intention, and Willpower
Developing and strengthening your intuition, intention, and willpower are essential.
Listening to Intuition
Begin by testing your intuition in small, low-risk situations. Follow subtle gut feelings and learn to distinguish between true inner guidance and reactions based o/n fear, conditioning, or overthinking. Keep a journal of these experiences to track accuracy and reinforce trust in your inner knowing.
Using Intention
Use your intention daily and practice manifesting in your life. Practice the art of creative visualization. Affirm your sovereignty each day:
“I am free and sovereign.”
Exercising Free Will
We feel we must operate under the assumption we have free will. Remember that no being, system, or force has the right to override your free will. If you sense pressure, deception, or influence, calmly and firmly state: “No! I do not consent!”
Harnessing Willpower
Strengthen your willpower, whether it’s completing a daily practice, resisting a negative habit, or holding firm against manipulation. The more you exercise willpower, the harder it is for external forces to sway you.
Mental Strengthening
Before sleep, repeat your affirmation and visualize a protective shield around you—one that blocks manipulation, distortion, and infiltration while keeping your awareness sharp.
Maintain Creative Outlets
Various creative activities—like writing, painting, dancing, singing, gardening, creating of any kind—can help transmute negative energy into a more positive flow and balance into your everyday life.
Do things that make you happy and enjoy them on as often as you can. This will help you prevent burnout and depression and maintain balance in order to navigate this emotional rollercoaster.
Daily Spiritual Practices
Meditation & Non-Physical States
Practice entering and sustaining non-physical or expansive states of awareness. This can include lucid dreaming, out of body experiences, astral projection, states of non-duality, deep meditation or resting in pure observer consciousness. These states train your mind to remain calm, detached, and centered during potentially disorienting transitions—especially the death process. The more familiar you are with these expansive states while alive, the more likely you can recognize and navigate them after physical death.
Mindfulness
It is important to always be aware as much as possible that you are not your body—you are the consciousness experiencing the body. Remind yourself often: This realm is temporary; I am more than this form.
Set alarms as reminders that you are more than your physical body and living in an illusionary reality and have discussions with like-minded people who explore consciousness.
Balance and Moderation
Maximize the positive and minimize the negative. Try not to dwell on negative things for too long. Focus as much as possible on what’s positive. You want to be distracted enough to keep from wallowing in depression but not so distracted that you lose sight of doing what’s necessary to reclaim your sovereignty and escape the reincarnation cycle.
Lucid Dreaming & Out-of-Body Practice
Lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences are potentially valuable rehearsals for the afterlife. These states help you become aware and comfortable with your non-physical abilities in non-physical states of reality. They allow you to practice the power of intention, manifestation, shapeshifting, teleportation, telepathy, different forms of physics (e.g. gravity, going through walls, flying), and knowing how to deal with interference from negative entities by using protection, shields, and invisibility.
Be Aware of Afterlife Traps & Manipulation Tactics
If all goes according to plan, you will not encounter any of these traps, but if you find yourself in their domain remember these traps. Be vigilant. These entities are skilled at using deception such as emotional hooks and psychological pressure to influence your decisions after death. Awareness and preparation is your best defense.
The Tunnel of Light Trap
Often presented as the gateway to the afterlife, this tunnel is likely a lure leading into controlled domains where free will is diminished. Do not give your attention to the tunnel or pinpoint of light. Teleport away immediately.
Entity Traps
Non-physical beings may shapeshift and impersonate as loved ones, spirit guides, or revered religious figures to gain your trust. These impersonations can be convincing—complete with voices, mannerisms, emotional warmth, or a feeling of home. We do not recommend engaging with any being. If for some reason you choose to connect with a loved one, use inner intention to initiate the contact and do not assume any appearance of a loved one is actually your loved one. Use intention to persuade them to reveal their true form.
The Reunion Trap
Emotional bonds are powerful ways to manipulate. You might be presented with a false reunion with family, friends, or pets who seem joyful and welcoming. These could be your loved ones who are deceived themselves or a disguised entity or AI projection from the Akashic Records. While comforting, such scenes can be staged to draw you into controlled environments.
The Love Bomb
Not all love is unconditional, some love is bait. Overwhelming waves of bliss, euphoria or ecstasy can be used to lower your guard. In such heightened emotional states, you are more susceptible to accept agreements or follow without questioning.
The Life Review Trap
We recommend refusing any life review. This leads to attachment, guilt, shame, and a sense of obligation. This review is used to steer you toward consenting to another reincarnation cycle.
The Karma Trap
You may be told—or shown—that you have unresolved “karma” that must be repaid through another incarnation. This is a control mechanism to keep you cycling through repeated lifetimes. Remember, you are sovereign and not subject to such contracts or agreements.
Mentally Practice Your Death
Visualize the moment of death and what might follow.
Visualize Various Death Scenarios
Imagine different ways the transition might happen. Will it be sudden—such as an accident or unexpected health event—or will it be slowly, allowing for conscious preparation? Picture yourself experiencing each type of departure with steadiness and clarity.
Consider the Immediate Aftermath
See yourself rising above your body, looking down at the scene without attachment. Or imagine finding yourself in a vast, silent void or perhaps in an unfamiliar realm. In each case, mentally practice maintaining your sovereignty and discernment.
Include Potential Challenges
Visualize common “afterlife traps” or manipulations—entities appearing as loved ones, dazzling tunnels of light, or overwhelming waves of bliss—and practice how you would respond with sovereignty.
Process Emotions
Include the feelings that might arise—relief, confusion, sadness, longing, or joy— practice until there is no reaction at all. The goal is to eliminate emotional reactions. Be an impartial observer.
Practice Choosing Your Destination
We don’t recommend choosing your destination until your memory of who and what you are returns. In your rehearsal, clearly state your intention to navigate beyond controlled or deceptive realms toward a place of your choosing—whether your own self-created reality, or another destination aligned with your sovereignty.
Consider a Darkness Retreat
Since we don’t want to go to the light, you might find yourself initially in darkness or a void. It could be helpful to practice being comfortable in the dark. It can help break you from reliance on such stimulations as light, sound and movement. A darkness retreat can be done at your own home or a location that specializes in such retreats. It is simply sensory deprivation. You isolate yourself from light and sound.
After a short period, DMT will be released and you will begin to see light, which helps you to realize you are your own source of light and don’t need artificial sources of light.
Moment of Death: Plan of Action
You must prepare now for what you’ll do at the moment of death. Know your exit strategy. Know how you will act when the moment arrives. Ideally, we want to have a conscious exit. We want to be calm and in control without emotional attachments like fear, anger, doubt, resentment, etc. Have your afterlife affirmation memorized to the point it becomes an automatic internal intention without the need for words (i.e., it is your pure intention).
We update our affirmation as needed. Feel free to tailor it to your own liking. This is our most current affirmation to practice daily: .
Recommended Dos and Don’ts
Don’ts
Don’t go to the light or tunnel.
Don’t be seduced by any feeling of love (e.g., love bomb).
Don’t trust any being—no matter how loving or familiar.
Don’t engage with any unwanted encounter. Teleport out.
Don’t consent to anything, especially mind wipes/amnesia, life reviews, judgement, karma, or reincarnation (even on a “lighter” density planet.)
Don’t get baited into conversations, debates, arguments, agreements or contracts.
Don’t cling to loved ones or unfinished business.
Don’t let curiosity or emotion lead you.
Dos
Declare “I am sovereign, free and in control”.
Declare “I am permanently protected, invisible, indetectable and free from interference.”
Release (through intention) any parasites, attachments, and addictions.
Remove (through intention) implants, false imprints, tracking devices, and programming.
Repeal any contracts, agreements, and permissions with all deceptive entities or system.
Reclaim your energy.
Declare freedom from fear, envy, lust, hate, anger, greed, jealousy, regret, guilt, grudges and unfulfilled desires (e.g., unrequited love and unfinished business).
Move inward to the inner most core of your true essence and permanently dissolve all illusions.
Transcend duality, beyond all deceptive matrices forever.
Declare you are safe in a state of absolute, clear, pure awareness, fully awake and fully conscious.
Declare you are free forever, full of joy, peace, and serenity.
Declare your focused intention and fierce will power.
Declare you are independent and in control.
Recollect your memories of who, what and why you are before you took any form. Always remember the true essence of who you are.
Assess all experience options available. Manifest anything at will, should you ever choose to do so.
Summary
As a very brief summary, upon death declare your sovereignty, use protections, move inward to the innermost core of your true essence to transcend all deceptive matrices, recollect your memories, and then decide what you want to do, if anything, based on your full memory of who and what you are".

100%. This is because even though these people may be actual experiencers, this doesn't mean they're aware of the real agendas of the ETs.
Alien abduction researcher and hypnotherapist:
The experiencers promote Archonic agendas on the internet:
"The abductees are force-fed lies and half-truths aimed at conditioning them into feeling disdain and contempt for their fellow humans. For example, the contactee may feel disgust for humanity's warlike and selfish nature, condemning it in favor of a new found love and worship for the spiritually advanced extraterrestrials. These peace-proclaiming contactees vehemently oppose anyone who challenges the extraterrestrial agenda, accusing 'revisionists' of being 'fear based'. I have personally encountered abductees who fear speaking out in public about anything negative, or giving the aliens a bad image. In one case the abductee was being manipulated through deception, fear and even physical pain, to promote the extraterrestrial "space brother" propaganda through the Internet"
Alien propaganda conditions people to believe that they are special 'Starseeds':
"Based on the reports of several contactees, I believe the aliens could be conditioning the public to a naive mind set - a mental state designed to suspend critical thinking. This is especially apparent in abductees and UFO spiritualists who think of themselves as chosen "Star Seeds." In this context, I am referring to the "false light" Star Seeds, as opposed to the true light bearers. If one observes closely, the false light can be discerned from the true light. True light bearers are not afraid of exposing the dark and have spiritual discernment. The false light bearers display incongruence in their actions and beliefs, and naively focus on the positivist elements of extraterrestrials, while in denial of any negative alien abduction material, or their own. Or they blame all negative abduction reports on the "military and black projects." They lack discernment and may exhibit repressed trauma and duplicity as well."
