  • We're hiring a Product Marketer for Slite (and Super.work) Most teams still struggle with knowledge management. They have information everywhere, nothing's findable, and collaboration feels harder than it should. That's what we've been solving with Slite since 2017. A knowledge base people actually enjoy using because it's built around clarity and ease of use. Now we're expanding with Super, our second product that makes AI ready-to-use at work by syncing company data and giving teams practical recipes they can implement immediately. We need someone who can help people understand what's possible when knowledge management and AI actually work the way they should. Someone who can turn "this could be useful" into "I use this every day." Fully remote, EU timezones, with a team that cares deeply about craft and getting things done. If you've been waiting for a role where you can shape how companies actually work with knowledge and AI, this might be it. Check out the role and apply here: getslite.link/prodmkt

  • Five months ago, we launched Super.work as an AI search tool. The response was incredible, and we've been building ever since. Today, Super V2 is here. We rebuilt it completely from scratch around a simple idea: AI should handle complex work without making teams become workflow experts. Super is now a work orchestration platform. Teams describe what they need in plain language and deploy workflows instantly across the company. Research competitors, pull data from your tools, analyze documents, generate reports. Super orchestrates all of it. The rebuild made Super 2.3x more accurate than V1 and 40% faster. But what matters most is that it finally works the way teams told us they wanted it to work. We're launching on Product Hunt today! We'd love your support: getsuper.work/phv2

New: The best of both worlds. Teams don’t just need a place to store knowledge. They need to use it, to find the right answers, move faster, and stay aligned. The Knowledge Suite brings together two powerful tools: Slite for structured, collaborative documentation, and Super for AI-powered enterprise search that understands your company’s context. Together, they create a simple, connected setup that helps teams get work done. No switching between tools. No digging through threads or folders. Just knowledge that works where and when you need it. → getslite.link/suite

The worst-kept secret in Slite history is finally out: We built another product 👀 After years of helping teams document knowledge, we noticed something: having a great knowledge base is just the first step. The real challenge? Making that knowledge actually work for you. That's why we built super.work - our second product that turns your company's scattered data (yes, including your Slite docs!) into instant answers and automated workflows. Think of it as: Slite = Your team's living memory Super = Your team's working brain Same DNA, new mission: making your company's knowledge truly actionable. See it in action by Christophe & Fadeelah, and drop any questions you have in the comments below. You loved our first product, and we're so excited to hear what you have to say about Super. P.S. Don't worry, Slite isn't going anywhere. We're just expanding our mission to solve more of your knowledge challenges 💡

Meet Fiona, our new Customer Success Manager. She’s worked across three continents, switched paths mid-pandemic, and once traveled from Peru to Brazil entirely by bus. At her last startup, she moved from sales to customer success, helped scale a global team, and learned a lot about SaaS—and even more about herself. What stood out to us: she’s thoughtful, intentional, and deeply curious about how people work. She cares about getting things right, but doesn’t get stuck trying to make them perfect. And when she came across Slite, she followed a gut instinct that said “this is it.” Turns out, we felt the same.

Have you heard of Slite ? I hadn't, until I started looking for a knowledge management system that: - supports document lifecycle management - offers affordable pricing - has a UI/UX that meets 2025 standards - provides seamless integrations - includes detailed analytics - enables granular access management - has AI built in I'm still exploring the features, but it’s looking really promising so far. I'll share more updates soon. For example, instead of digging through documents to find an answer, I just type the question, Slite finds and displays the exact answer and show the references. It saves so much time!

Finding the right expert in your team can be a challenge... especially if you're new to your team! Whether you’re searching through past Slack threads or internal documents, it’s often hard to quickly identify who has the expertise you need, aka "who's the go-to person" for this or that. But since we're in the business of making work feel like a breeze - we've built a new assistant simplifies the process by analyzing your team’s data (like Slack channels or Slite docs) to surface who exactly are those subject matter experts for any topic or question. This assistant will find those colleagues for you so all you have to do is start connecting with the right people (but faster). Try it here: https://lnkd.in/eTWq8HdJ

Same prompt, two radically different answers. This is why feeding your AI with the right content matters.  On the left, you have ChatGPT — solid but general. On the right, super.work takes it to the next level by pulling from your Slack, CRM, knowledge base, and more to create truly personalized content. In this example, I built a personalized outbound sequence to target Reddit, and the results speak for themselves. Super doesn't just generate content; it crafts exactly what you need using the resources, the expertise and technique you are feeding it. The difference isn’t the AI. It’s what you feed it.

How do we justify burning thousands on fancy SaaS subscriptions when finding a document feels like archaeologists unearthing ancient scrolls? Companies are hemorrhaging cash on elite software stacks, parading their "digital transformation" in glossy boardroom slides. When the truth really is - Sandra from accounting just spent 40 minutes hunting down last quarter's reports across four different platforms. And sadly, the ones who’ve identified this problem, don’t know the solution. A staggering 73% of teams don’t know that enterprise search tools exist. And the bill? It's the three hours your team spent last week recreating a presentation because nobody could find the original. Full report in comments for the numbers that'll make your CFO wince 👇

Think about it: We're better at finding a random restaurant across town than locating our own team's documents. While Google nails 95% of searches, internal searches fail 9 out of 10 times. We've normalized interrupting colleagues, second-guessing version control, and watching hours dissolve into the search bar void. The patterns we found tell a much bigger story about modern work. The most telling stat isn't the 33 lost days. It's that teams aren't even asking for cutting-edge AI or fancy features—they just want their existing tools to talk to each other. When the bar is this low but the impact this high, you know we're dealing with a fundamental disconnect in how workplace knowledge flows. One that's costing teams not just time, but momentum, accuracy, and peace of mind. Dive into the complete findings in comments 👇

The data is in: Your team might be losing a month/year We asked 100+ knowledge workers about their daily search habits at work. The data speaks volumes. Your teams spend 2.5 hours every week searching for information they've already seen. Documents, links, policies - all buried somewhere. 9 out of 10 searches fail on first attempt 81% need to interrupt colleagues for help 61% end up using outdated information We mapped the real behaviors, friction points, and hidden costs. More importantly, we found patterns that point to actual solutions. The full report breaks down where search time goes, why current solutions fail, and what really works. New year energy = 157 unread messages before your morning coffee ☕ Before you dive back into notification chaos, remember: A busy Slack is just a productive illusion. Start 2025 with intention. The Slow Slack Manifesto started as our little rebellion against the always-on culture. Today, teams use it to protect their focus and still keep their team spirit alive.

After 20 years of wiki-wrangling, Eulerian had a choice: keep searching through 20,000 docs, or start fresh. Their VP of Ops took the road less traveled - he just started writing. 700+ documents later, their team stopped asking 'where's that file?'
