Shonda made sure Kerry had no material to submit for Emmys this year. She issued the mandate to her writers. She made it clear that Olivia was not to be shown as a professional woman and squeezed another professional woman (Judy Smith) out of the way. Shonda does not like to be overshadowed on her own show.

People at ABC do speak when Shonda's isn't around.

I really, really hope that Kerry finds something else soon so she can bounce.
