Both the koji and the sake mash use Gohyakumangoku rice produced in Toyama Prefecture (67% polished). The flavor gives a solid impression, and you can fully sense the umami of the rice. It is a sake with a good balance of acidity and a sharp quality, making it a bottle you will want to enjoy during a meal. Room temperature to warm is also recommended!

What is this texture?! It is so addictive that you will inevitably eat too much. We wrapped soft-textured cheese dough around pleasantly crunchy rice crackers and then rolled it in domestically produced roasted seaweed. The rich flavor of the cheese and the rice crackers is irresistible. The briny flavor and the pleasant milky taste of the cheese thoroughly envelop the milky taste of Oroku and the saltiness of the seaweed.
You can enjoy this sake well-balanced even when it is warmed.
