Sep 11: Li Tao and Jie Wang were arrested for stealing cooking oil at a restaurant in Springdale, Ohio. In their truck, investigators found a large container with oil along with a pump and hose system to collect it. It's believed the pair had stolen $1,000 worth of oil.
