PSA about Wispies, scamming and failing at giving full context of events.

 
Before starting, I would like to state that in no point I am asking people to send hate to the principal concerned person. This PSA is to spread awareness, to bring clarity to past events and about recent reports about myself.
To make things easier, everything will be written in the order of the events and I will refer to the principal concerned as “Wispies”.

07/16/2025 | Adopt Auction

In July of this year, I advertised a design in my server which Wispies buys for another user (Juno, that also goes by Lytra & Jinx) by asking for AB as you can see below.

Just like many artists, I use ToyHouse to make my adopts and keep track on who gets them.

Said adopt’s profile was created on the 07/15/25 and got transferred on the 07/31/25.

And here’s the TOS that applies to this adopt, but also all my designs.

In the end, the adopt got VOUCHED by Wispies for Juno, as a gift.

07/31/2025 | Wispies gets Blacklisted.
After finishing my commission for wispies they dm me a paragraph about how they always pay people, this is referring to when 1 of our GAs has told us that wispies didn't complete a deal they had with them. To which I answered that I didn’t liked Wispies because of that. 

We’ve been knowing for a while that Wispies is most likely always having their queue full and is often found to extend the due dates. Somehow it has come to Wispies ears and basically, they reached out to me saying that they no longer wanted anything to do with me after i finished their commission which is understandable, so i blacklisted them as well since I wanted nothing to do with them and they wanted nothing to do with me either.

10/09/2025 | There was an agreement ?
On 10/9/2025, Juno contacted me and the staff team of my species about Wispies.
Juno was taking offers on some of their characters on ToyHouse, but they weren’t tagged well, including said design that was not a part of the purge.
And from here I learned two things.
First, there was an agreement between Juno and Wispies that if Juno ever lost interest in the design, it would go back to Wispies.
And second, that Wispies has been asking Juno to give the design to them multiple times.

Because Wispies offered on the design, Juno declined their offer explaining to Wispies that they still like the design, would like to keep it and that Wispies is now Blacklisted from my Designs.
Which results in this conversation happening :

I would like to State 4 things,
1. I have had a NO REFUNDS policy in my TOS since I started doing adopts.
2. The agreement was made between the two users but it never has gotten communicated to me.
3. They’re asking for a refund for something that HAS been delivered and because of something that NEVER has been communicated to me.

I should have handled things better, I am sorry for that.

I just would like to point out that again, Wispies acknowledge my TOS, they assume that the design is owed to them while, again, their agreement never has been communicated to me AT ALL and that if Juno didn’t loose interest in the design. So by their agreement, Juno gets to keep it.

They indeed proceed to fill a charge back on the 19/11/2025.
I answered the case by explaining and showing everything, the same things that are shown here, in hope to not get charged back.
On the 28/11//2025 , PayPal communicated to me their final decision in favor of Wispies.
In the end I have been charged 50EURO for both the refund and the case.

I thought this was the end of it but a week later , on the 12/01/2025 I learned that I have been banned from multiple servers for “malicious behavior".
Wispies probably reported me without sharing the full story since staff members seems to be only aware about the last conversation we had with me and Wispies, and nothing about a refund or a design case.

I am currently still dealing with the bans, I don’t expect to be unbanned, this PSA is not about this.
This PSA is about Wispies behavior, scams and lies spreading.
Wispies has themself an history of malicious behavior, stalking and harassment on their back.

I acknowledge that my behavior was wrong in our last conversation and I apologize for that. As an artist I should have handled this better.

Update

I have learned about the reports they have been sending to people, Wispies reports is about our last conversation, they blocked their own username and claimed the "other user"(themself) was a minor.

Mind you, Wispies is 22.
