This is a modified version of 215Phoenix’s callout doc against me. I have taken out all that are lies, incorrect/falsified misinformation, and/or bullshit and confirmed the truth, which is still 80% of the original doc.
Red text provided are my additions acting in Phoenix’s shoes, explaining what really happened.
There’s no way you can know what’s actually going on, through rumors and echo chambers on the internet, but now you have both sides and you can choose WHO to believe.
You are also no longer allowed to comment on this doc as of 5/9/25, as it was only abused by trolls who have defaced this document multiple times now, including attempts at doxing.
I will happily view them and answer necessary questions (and ignore others). I will not respond to insults or hate mail. Also, if there’s anything Phoenix and I left out but you feel is important to include, feel free.

John10v10/MeggyDeluxeMaker: CONFIRMED EXPOSURE

Now I'm not one to talk about drama. But as of like early 2024, John10v10, best known for the Human Meggy Deluxe model, which has been used in official SMG4 media, has been going on a downward spiral. To a point where he himself has been harassing people, including doxxing myself personally. This is all the things you need to know about John10v10/MeggyDeluxeMaker. This is a reupload from the Steam version due to it being taken down. So I’m posting it here for safe keeping.

During the start of the whole drama, RicoGamerBoi, a known artist in the SMG4 community (for better or worse), has been very vocal about John using a heavy amount of AI. This section goes over his version of the events, I have also made a few appearances since I myself have been very vocal as well.

This video has only 1.5K views as of the time of writing this, meaning that it ultimately wasn't a huge success. But I do argue it was a great way of going over all of his atrocities. After a few more incidents on YouTube and DeviantART, his accounts were terminated by John, Rico also documented the events in question

John's Steam
As most of John's social media has been taken down, he only has Steam to count on, he has changed his name to MeggyDeluxeMaker, but for the sake of simplicity I will continue to refer to him as John.

He used an Alias here but this is 100% John’s, I can assure you.
One of his first models after returning was an idea provided by a child that goes by GMG4, I won't be going into my situation with HIM, mainly because he doesn’t like being called out and I’ve moved past him, mainly because he’s a fucking child. Basically he has been harassing Rico for rejecting his idea for a Mario Leggy model, which was rejected according to him because of the Nintendo DMCAs and him not wanting to take that chance, which I will respect for obvious reasons (my PFP is an Inkling, which is a Nintendo character, you can connect the dots from there). John, seeing this little argument, decided to make his own Mario Leggy whom he calls "Legario" out of spite of Rico's decision. While most of the images has been removed I managed to archive for your viewing pleasure.
First off I will post the preview images, which were taken down. You can tell there's going to be a theme of him taking unpleasant things down. Which he has done to me so that’s it.
As you can tell it was clear that he did this to spite Rico, but it gets worse.
The description clearly proves that this was done to spite Rico. I should say Rico was just telling him that he isn't able to upload it because of the DMCA's and the kid got angry at him because children nowadays don't seem to take no for an answer for some reason.
Also, it's funny that he brings up the whole "acting like he's the victim" when John is guilty of that himself. I'm not saying that Rico hasn't done anything similar but still, hypocrisy much?
At that point I myself had decided to make my OWN version of the Legario model, one that is accurate to the SMG4 channel and was, while out of spite for obvious reasons, was really made to divert attention away from him. I personally called him Goombario (no not the Paper Mario character) Fun Fact: This god damn thing actually was made canon in a recent SMG4 episode (notice the shoes).
I’m not gonna lie, this was pretty cool, at least until one of the most recent episodes they use a custom Goomba Mario. I don’t think this is John’s and is probably made in house but who’s to say.
This is not gonna be a “Wow I got noticed by SMG4” As I said, John has done a sort of upgrade of my own model, which I do admit I was gonna give him a well played… however he basically updated the model to showcase this, one that is basically a threat to me specifically.
Yes, he doxxed me. Now I should mention that it IS nothing more than a geographical map location of West Florida, he still somehow figured out I lived there myself. He has also taken this down because I called him out on this. But how did he even find out about this you may ask? Well I have a theory.
The Discord Spy
Now I should've mentioned something regarding the PFP stealing in Rico's video and you may be asking "how did he get them?" Now I refuse to reveal the censored person as they are a close friend of mine. But think about that, they have never INTERACTED with John at all! So how did he get that, well I propose a theory (which is a shared theory) that he infiltrated one of the Discord servers either I'm in or Rico's in, IDK. I won’t mention which server it is, as I don’t want randoms to go out and harass the people in there, especially those who are my friends. But I myself do remember saying on that server I live in Florida, so it's entirely possible that John must've incorporated that slight doxx (even if it IS mostly theoretical like I didn't say WHERE I live in Florida). Add that with John stealing PFP's of people who crossed him, plus that old description in the Leggario model and there is no doubt in my mind that John infiltrated one of the servers I'm in, either this one and/or the actual SMG4 server I have no idea.
This is stalking, and is illegal in most of the States. For all I know he could have more burner accounts on there that we aren't sure about. And that led that server to a bit of uncertainty, as who knows what this guy is really capable of if he actually knew my address. This guy needs to be sent to PRISON.
The Problem Persists
Now John10v10 is well known to be a degenerate but knowing what he has been capable of, who knows what he may end up doing. I mean if this gets more public he's probably gonna have a mental breakdown. And at that point, I literally had no choice. I had to act, publicly, which is why I made the original Steam Guide. However he has gone radio silent for months. However he does have a few moves to provide still.
Rico’s Third Callout
I wanted to include this here, however it actually has more to do with GMG4 specifically. I actually had Rico censor his name though, but unfortunately I did reveal that name here. I don’t recommend harassing him though, even IF I wanted him to understand there are consequences to his actions. And it does seem like he is still the spiteful prick he was back in the middle of last year. But just note that since it’s a kid, you can probably ignore him and not take him seriously.

HIS CLAIMS IN THIS SECTION WERE JUST ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT! No matter how positive Phoenix is about them, the commentary he provided around these screenshots were rational conspiracy. Now ofc he was likely sincere in his out-loud thinking here, but you can read all that in his unmodified doc. I will still provide his screenshots he shared of the conversation with my advocate pl3xip, whom he understandably as expected thinks is just me.

When AnEyeArtist has made a redesign of Melony around 2024ish and he has used AI to “improve it” even though it’s clearly an attack on AnEyeArtist, who btw is a minor.
The DMCA
3/21/2025, Just a few weeks ago, John decided to send out a DMCA to the Beeg SMG4 model that I decided to archive. This Beeg SMG4 model I did technically not own but he also doesn’t technically own Beeg SMG4 as he is a character derived from a meme drawn by Kevin, not to mention he has merch so technically the rights still belong to the Lerdwichaguls, regardless of if he made the model. Like you can make a Mario model, but you still don’t own the rights to Mario. Then I guess that means anyone can just steal your fanart and squid OCs without your permission. I figured this was another plan to try and get back at me. I’ve learned about DMCA's thanks to learning about how it can be abused, and I’ve learned that you can send in a counterclaim. However, in order for the counterclaim to go through, you have to reveal YOUR personal information. However he made an error, he didn’t account that John would have to put in his personal information and have the Email include HIS credentials, his full name, address, city and state, everything. I’ve looked it up and they do seem to line up well with official records. So I basically have his own private information at my disposal. I’ve made note of this on the Steam Guide, however just today I found out that THAT was taken down too. Honestly it’s not like it matters, I made this post and I intend on using it to spread this to everyone. Not to mention that now that I have his private information, I can probably do whatever I want with it. Luckily I am not legally allowed to distribute the address and other credentials, also I don’t want to stoop down to his level. But I did report him to the FBI with this new info. Now all I have to do is wait. John was never sorry. Just note that this is gonna be spread out.
The Road that Never Ends (Conclusion)
John has been doing everything he could. Luckily, I am one step ahead of him at all times. However I question how long this whole battle will take before he finally gets arrested. I can relate to this comic page from Amazing Spider-Man 34 (1999)
I had to take the fall for many people, Rico, EyeArtist, Zea, everyone who has been involved in this whole drama. All because I wanted him to be taken down. However he’s proven to be a cockroach, one that just won't fold. This doc is the last line of defense I feel, cause I know he’s gonna try his best to wipe this off the internet too. So my best bet is this, spread this out, everyone to major commentary channels like Toastify, Turkey Tom, Amos, HarleyTBS, anyone who would love to commentate over this and get many people to know his atrocities. I will 100% be ready for an interview regarding this.

I have tried my best to not disclose any of her personal information. I failed once but I hope it wasn’t too big of a deal.
I had to disclose the email exchange though to bring some more insight. Now I won’t be surprised if Phoenix twists more of this, but I’ll be ready when I get back on eventually. And it’s very likely several of my views of Phoenix are incorrect. I want the truth on both sides out.

My father and I have carefully read your document, and he wanted to sit in on my response to make sure I address some things clearly.
First, I want to be absolutely clear: my intention at soft-doxing was only to annoy you, not to threaten or harm you. I still don’t know who you are in real life, where you live, or any private details about you. I’m a pacifist at heart and would never intentionally hurt anyone. All I knew was the vague "North of Miami" info you stated on Discord.
Secondly, you’re right that my actions have caused hurt and confusion. The AI incident began because I failed to respect the community’s concerns, and I let myself spiral from there. I deeply regret how I handled it, and I’m sorry for the frustration and distrust it created, especially with theEyeArtist, whom I considered a friend. I understand why you made the document to defame me, and I accept responsibility for my part in all of this.
Thirdly, I HAVE been seeking help to understand and correct my behavior. I now see how my humor—particularly about sensitive topics like 9/11—was out of line. I spent two days at the 9/11 memorial in New York and know that I am not alone in my fascination with it. But I totally took it to extremes.
Lastly, I really do wonder how this AI drama would have gone had I remained respectful to the community, I still would have stood my ground on my interest in learning more about AI, but you are right in saying that I have responded immaturely. I can only hope you can just leave me alone and let me finish healing.

Last night, Phoenix and I met up in real-life (and his parents met mine). And to my surprise, we both were mature and got along quite well (yes he knows I’m John). Phoenix came here to Springfield and eventually shared that there was a special program he needed to take that’s offered exclusively in one of our universities in Springfield of all places in the entire country. I was relieved we were no longer enemies… until I woke up and realized it was all just a dream, and that Phoenix is still out to get me online, and call this all out as ‘manipulation’ or something if he reads this story. I’m very disappointed.🙁

Just read Phoenix’s updates and have to respond to this ^^:
You don’t know my parents. They’ve put a little too much trust in me when they ask if I’ve been online recently regarding any of this, and I normally lie to them saying I haven’t been checking. Why are they this naive? Because they are not used to me lying to them, as dumb as that sounds, but I don’t lie to them often. My point is, I cannot blame my parents for this. If I have been telling them the truth all along, they’d be taking a more strict discipline on this, assuming not too different from Phoenix’s parents, keeping me away from internet access, and probably even my electronics in general. And I’m not gonna put up with that shit. When they eventually discovered the inappropriate content I posted on YouTube, they took away my iPhone and replaced it with a developing alternative called the Light phone, a phone designed to NOT support social interactions and strictly made for texting and calling. So yeah… shit like that is why I hide these from my parents usually. My dad even asked me to wait until he and I would read further updates from Phoenix’s updates, thinking he’d help me craft more appropriate responses and shit. Obviously I’m not listening to him.
Oh yeah, and this.
Exactly the case. Yeah like fuck I’m trying to save face and justify my past actions. Lmao. I’m just happy to have a voice here. Now I don’t understand why it’s disappointing given I’m not trying to defend myself. I can only guess it’s so people would gain more leverage to continue debunking or something? I’d say it’s a good thing as this drama seems to finally be dying down.

Okay okay… so my father is repeatedly telling me that if I quit poking the bear, everyone will move on or something. He does think that Phoenix needs to take down the images with my face on it or action will need to be taken. He does NOT have permission to have that up. In the past, when I’ve tried to stay off the drama for those radio-silent months, when I’ve caught up with things, I still saw continuous gossip on Discord and DeviantArt about me, mostly from Phoenix as he too is clearly obsessed with keeping this drama alive, even if I do stop.
I don’t think Phoenix will quit his part… Even if I do quit my part for good, I’d imagine that through time, Phoenix will still keep shitting about me to the point it starts to get generally annoying… like… really annoying… as that’s normally the pattern I see when we autistic people have such obsessions like this, especially myself.
I would love for all of this to just (as Phoenix puts it) THIS END… NOW!
