John10v10 DMCA conversation with ChatGPT Disclosed
IMPORTANT: In this disclosure, you will find out that I have been infiltrating multiple Discord servers and quietly taking weekly screenshots ever since this drama all started back in December ‘23 over AI of all things. These screenshots are in case they are ever necessary for evidence in the future, basically to prove that the gossip, cyberbullying, and harassment went both ways. Also note that if you ever find and ban the account, I can simply rejoin under another VPN and fake email. If this is threatening enough for ‘privacy,’ then you really should make the servers themselves actually private and take down public invite links. Another alternative is to take gossip into DMs or group DMs. Otherwise, if it’s available to the public, I’m always listening.
Lastly, 215Phoenix, if you’re gonna take screenshots of this doc, you better provide the link to this doc so the screenshots are NOT taken out of context.

As you can see, I don’t always tell GPT fully accurate information, especially when I get emotional and compare myself, as I DID Expose 215Phoenix's broad area. In these practically dishonest situations, I try to see what GPT has to say responding to it.

Wait… now looking back at this, what else than BeegSMG4 did he steal? I guess I was referring to his Goombario dupe to divert away from my work, that did piss me off a lot, but if I believed that one was also copyright infringement, I definitely would have DMCA’d that one as well.

Next, the Steam DMCA team sent me an email asking for more valid evidence:
Apparently according to Phoenix, it was just the SFM version that made it a valid infringement. I too think that’s weird, but assuming the original gmod addon was banned and removed, it couldn’t provide much proof.

I’ve seen that 215Phoenix made countless claims that I doxed myself to him so he’d file a counter notice and give away his own credentials so I’d actually ‘murder’ him. That’s crazy bold. Here’s what really happened, next in this convo:
As you can see, I don’t listen to everything even GPT suggests, despite that I do find them the best methods.
Now the next thing I said was a direct LIE (or at least until I actually did that in his revised google doc later) to see how GPT would respond to that.
Remember GPT can make mistakes sometimes, because it sounds like it misread that these people are actually calling to dox me, when 215Phoenix was saying the opposite (although the others were wishing me to die in horrible ways, hence why I showed this to GPT iirc).

And this is when I decided to write a private google document, exposing 215Phoenix’s (and many others’) behavior with necessary screenshots I took on Discord throughout the past year.
I don’t find it appropriate to disclose that doc anytime soon, plus I never needed to finish it… because… Steam Staff took down the guide days later anyway.

Later again… I decided to try and take down, not Phoenix’s entire Goombario Dupe, but simply the attacks on the thumbnails and description.

This is more recent and I haven’t actually tried filing a report yet, which is good for Phoenix because he now has a chance… Phoenix, if you’re reading this, I HIGHLY recommend you remove the thumbnail and inappropriate descriptions on your Goombario Model. They are very immature and can get your entire dupe banned as well.
