Jess (Ziyue) Zhang, 26, is a successful developer and founder of Blockus, a blockchain gaming integration platform, who recently stirred up a massive firestorm on Twitter. Zhang, a portly 3 (and I'm being generous), posted on December 5, 2025 about alleged sexual harassment she experienced from men at developer conferences, along with a list of traits she's looking for in a man that rules out ~99.9% of men. Now, it's no secret that autistic techie guys aren't the smoothest with women, so Zhang's recollection of unwelcome male behavior isn't that far-fetched. However, her list of traits she's looking for in a man showed insane levels of delusion, evoking the worst tropes about ugly women on Tinder only wanting Chad Thundercock. When people called her out, Jess threatened many with lawsuits for "defaming" her and accused them of misogynistic abuse.
Jess' Two Tweets
It took two tweets for Jess to become a viral lolcow. On December 5, 2025, Jess responded to a viral tweet chain about standards people are seeking in potential partners in 2026.

Approximately an hour after Jess posted her list, she wrote this long tweet about her experiences with men acting creepy toward her in the development sphere. She included a few random pictures of herself at the bottom, which made many on Twitter skeptical of her claims due to her plain looks.

A Lolcow is Born
When Twitter responded to her self-victimization and her unrealistic Prince Charming wishlist, Zhang didn't take the advice into account. Instead, she threatened lolsuits and made accusations of abuse against many of those making fun of her. This caused her to get even more flak - including a satirical crypto token named after her - and she doubled down on acting aggrieved, hence this thread.

Jess later retconned her list as having been a shitpost, though her replies to commenters suggest otherwise. Jess responded to many who told her to reassess her standards:

The man in this photo, ChooseRich, is a ragebaiter in the crypto sphere who turned himself into a meme by posing with models he hires, says they're dating, then tells the model to tweet that he misled them about the photos he took. Jess got offended that someone inserted her into a ChooseRich post, and went after numerous people in the comments mocking her:
