Insane movie on all fronts. This is when Saw starts to get real soapy and convoluted and I love it. The trap plot feels like a better execution of what the trap plot of Saw III was trying to do, they’re both about obsession and letting things go but this one was much more well done on all fronts. Better traps, better pacing, and a better character at the center of it. Rigg is much more compelling than slow ass motherfuckin Jeff. The ending is absolutely batshit crazy. The age of Hoffman begins. Good movie!
