If your ticket is open we are answering them. Please note if your question is "please move my server back to x CPU" or "please fix X issue with this migrated VM" I cannot fix these issues and I am unlikely to respond quickly as you should be opening requests with Terabit.

that's not what my ticket is about.

Can anyone clue mean in on what this means or how this will be expected to change the service? I am not really knowledgeable on all the different providers and had never heard of Terabit until getting the email in the OP.

I usually just do research for the time I want to buy new services then 'dip'.

I just got the second payment reminder, since I was paying quarterly and don't check that email account often, so I am wondering if I should pay this again or jump ship.

Don't even use it that much but a couple of times a week. It is to figure out if switching is going to be worth the effort of having to re-roll an OS and set things up again.

Not much to do as is a very minimal setup but still a day or two's work, I am wondering what will be the issue, if any staying with them if they move to this Terabit company, which I know nothing of.

Your vps probably got moved to a new location with different hardware. Did you look?

We’re moving the disk images as a whole so your existing OS should just work once it’s moved over. (Unless you have some arbitrary settings which haven’t been used since the beginning of time.)

I should mention that winblows OSes have been a sore spot for problems in general so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Enzonix (Interserver) is announcing an ipv6 prefix with LOA using Interserver's ASN and routing to my VPS primary ipv6 address. Will you guys be handling deprovisioning that announcement with Interserver when migrating this VPS or would it be best I reach out to Enzonix and ask them to reach out to Interserver to deprovision?

  • The moment Enzonix changed hands, the new management canceled the recurring coupon without hesitation and demanded a full-price renewal — something I find completely unacceptable.

Have you talked with them? I'm asking you that because Terabit staff has been extremely polite and nice to me and have, indeed, kept the same price from enzonix, which was extremely cheap. And they say they would honor every price from enzonix

  • This what I got from them:

    Dear customer,

We aren't able to apply this discount anymore to your invoices. We are already extremely cheap, feel free to cancel your service if you refuse to continue without the discount.

    Kind regards,
    Jochem W
    Management Enzonix LLC

Then I tried to explain again w/ more details but then no reply from them.

    Hello,

Shared WebHosting accounts will be migrated to Terabit.

For now they are still within our legacy portal at https://client.enzonix.com.

We are not offering any discounts for old services at this time.

Any new services should always be purchased at https://my.enzonix.com

We are continuing to expand our offerings using our own software and services so we can offer exactly what we want.

    Best,

So it hasn't been migrated yet, right? Is there an estimated time for the migration?

I ended up canceling my VPS just now and asked that my IPv6 prefix announcement be stopped on Interserver side. This was cool but short lived. Terabit seems cool and all but the billing platform change and time this has taken has me a bit nervous. The intent seems good but execution seems a bit sketchy time-line wise.

Terabit has provided me no timeline on this migration.

Hello, I am not sure what you mean by this. Our billing panel change has occurred across our entire system in multiple of our brands as we are working closely on the development of this new billing panel. We are also able to much more easily implement the features and systems we would have liked to implement on the old billing portal but due to restrictions in its design we were unable.

So all old purchases (including VPSs and S3 storage) continue to remain on client.enzonix.com but are going to be migrated to Terabit at some point?

We are not offering any discounts for old services at this time.

Are the old VPS plans going to continue to have the same recurring pricing on renewal?

Any new services should always be purchased at https://my.enzonix.com

This is for non-VPS purchases (because S3 is still going to remain with Enzonix)?

Sorry but it is still quite confusing and I hope you can clarify things.

    Thanks.

Effectively there are just a lot of changes and I don't want to get lost in the sauce. I appreciate what you guys have done in the past leading up to this but its been a bit rocky is all. I'm not sure what the future holds for you guys and the Terrabit migration is simply just taking a while.

    Hello,

VPS, VDS and WebHosting are being moved over to Terabit. Once Terabit has completed migrations the client accounts and billing will be moved over to them also on their own billing portal. I don't know why they have not been completing this with each client move its not my way of doing it. I have been told that pricing will remain the same on migrated accounts.

S3 and DNS are remaining with us. We have completely revamed our S3 and our DNS offerings to be using our own In-house software and back-ends. We no longer rely on 3rd parties for this software or interfaces meaning we can offer exactly what we want.

Will we be migrated over to the new billing for lets say the free S3 offering if we have it in our legacy account? My legacy account does not work with the new billing platform.

The FREE S3 storage accounts will not be migrated automatically, you can sign up for a new FREE S3 (Storage Depot) account on our new portal by creating a new account.

Paid Legacy S3 accounts will be migrated and retain their discounts and pricing on the new service.

Well I didn't login for a while but at the time of posting I still was able to login.

I was thinking that the IP was banned for spam on reddit so thinking it might be better to look for a vps with relatively cleaner IP anyway.

I know the announcement said the hardware and location would be changing, but I wasn't expecting it would be that much of a regression! I guess the saving grace was that this was cheap.

Received an email from Terabit that a server was created for me 17 minutes ago, but I can't connect to it (connection times out). I guess that means my server is being migrated.

Can't connect to my Enzonix VPS anymore either. Connection times out.

    Dear Enzonix and Terabite.

    You suck.

Subject: Important Update: Your service is moving!
    Date: Fri, 10 Oct 2025 13:27:29 -0700 (PDT)

    This reads as:

Your VPS soon will randomly go down, and will change its IP. Basically you cannot rely on it, soon at any point it will have a prolonged downtime and then will wait for you in the inoperable state until you update the IP everywhere.

I moved all services off the VPS and it is now basically idling for 2 months.

The migration has not happened and is nowhere in sight.

2 months of the idling service waiting for migration, money burned for nothing. Any refunds? Any free 2 months added on the new provider to compensate?

This has been handled in the worst way possible.
