Biography
David Tom Foss is a German-British researcher and founder of FOSS Intelligence Holdings Ltd. (London, UK). His work moves between applied cybersecurity, quantum-resilient architectures, neuromorphic computing, hyperdimensional data systems, and the occasional policy analysis.
