For customers using the domains "@i.softbank.jp", "@softbank.ne.jp", and "@ymobile.ne.jp",We are currently experiencing an issue where the email containing the "authentication code" is not being received upon Login.
This case was determined by the mobile carrier's security assessment.It is highly likely that the email in question has not been delivered.Even if you receive other emails from LivePocket, only the "Authentication Code" email will be sent.
It may not arrive or may suddenly stop arriving.
It is highly likely that you will receive the following:Please be sure to set it up.
- Turn off the "Strong" setting for the email filter in your receiving settings (please set it to "Do not use" once).
・Setting up designated domain reception for "@livepocket.jp"
