おはようございます😊 一時期は此方もショートスリーパーと思うくらい短い睡眠(4時間前後)が多かったですが、最近は少なくとも6時間は睡眠を取る事が多くなり、より活発に集中的に活動出来るようになったと実感する日々です😊幸せな気持ちになれるのは本当に良い事ですよね😊 今後より大きな幸せがお互いに訪れますように✨
