The infamous "Incorrect Password" issue
I just got mine working after hours of resetting and unplugging.
I put the module in sync mode (blue flashing light), then connected to it outside of the app, just in my WiFi settings like I would connect to my router, then opened the blink WiFi settings and changed the MAC type from random MAC to phone MAC. Then went into the app and the set up just worked first time, hope this helps.

Also came here to add this is the only thing that worked for me. Blink/Amazon needs to get their shit together. It took me over 2 hours to fix it before discovering this comment.

THIS! I had to do the hold the reset button thing as well, but it didn't work *until* I changed the MAC type. I had to turn off "Private Wi-Fi Address:" on my iPhone to get it to reset the MAC address. THEN I did the hold the reset button on the Blink module (unplug, hold 10 seconds, continue holding while plugging in, hold for 5 more seconds). I FINALLY got the "firmware updating" message in the Blink app, which it flashed for a while. My module and cameras are finally working again!

Wait how do you change the MAC address???
These instructions are for iPhone, as that's how I changed mine.
On your iPhone, go to Settings>Wi-Fi.
Choose your home Wi-Fi network, cannot be 5G.
Select the little i in a circle icon for more information.
Scroll down to the Private Wi-Fi Address setting - toggle this OFF
If it was previously ON, you should see the MAC address right underneath that toggle change.
Man, if I had read your post 3 hours ago, I could have had a decent night. I tried everything, absolutely everything except what you suggested and boom, it's back online. You are awesome, I feel like you should know that.
