about

Arabelle Sicardi is a writer and consultant who focuses on beauty as an art form, an act of care, and a tool of political possibility. Consider them a beauty worldbuilder.

They pen a beauty newsletter and have written for places like ALLURE, ELLE, SSENSE, Teen Vogue, The Cut, Google, and VOGUE Business. They've worked on projects for tech companies, for places like Gingko, Twitter, and Airbnb. (to say nothing about the beauty projects.) So far, they've written two books: Queer Heroes, a children's book on queer folks throughout history, and The House of Beauty, a non-fiction book on the beauty industry, out Fall 2025. Now available for pre-order.

They run a scent-centered creative collective called Perfumed Pages and a non-profit arts project called the Museum of Nails Foundation. Like I said: worldbuilder.
