About the role
We're looking for an Admin and Marketing Manager to work directly with a top real estate agent in Birkenhead. This is a hands-on role at the centre of a small, busy team. You'll keep campaigns moving, maintain tidy systems, support marketing activity and help create a smooth experience for every client. If you're the kind of person who notices what needs doing before anyone asks, you'll thrive here.
This is a dedicated operations and marketing role within a close-knit team, not a stepping stone into sales. You'll work alongside the agent and our Marketing Consultant to deliver campaigns that run to plan and look professional.
What you'll do
Property listing coordination:
- Manage campaign timelines, appointments and key milestones
- Prepare listing documents and open home materials with high accuracy
- Keep marketing assets and listing information up to date
- Produce weekly vendor reports and maintain clear communication throughout campaigns
- Track conditions, compliance, payments and documentation
- Support settlement gifting and ensure a polished client experience
- Maintain organised systems, filing and documentation
- Ensure compliance requirements are met for every listing
- Support internal processes and keep workflows running smoothly
- Improve templates, checklists and operating procedures over time
- Create marketing materials and social content using existing brand templates
- Manage social posting, scheduling and community engagement
- Support campaign launches, events and promotional activities
- Keep agent profiles fresh and encourage client reviews
- Maintain an accurate and well-segmented CRM
- Prepare monthly engagement and activity reports
- Track follow-up and ensure buyer and seller interactions are recorded
- Support lead nurturing by surfacing warm opportunities
