Great lecture - just a little factcheck: Constantine did not make Christianity the official religion of Rome - he only 'decriminalised' it, so to speak, and stopping the persecution. It was Theodosius later in 381CE who made it the official religion.

I feel like there's a disconnect between how you use "math" in one sentence or lecture, and "math" in another. What happened to the great esteem in which "math" was held as the true fabric of this world, in your lectures about Plato (not to mention pretty much any of the ancient civilizations and philosophies and their opinions of math which were also the same). I guess it could be described as the disconnect between routine formulations, and the actual intellectual process of math...
