英国サッカークラブのブライトンが中国に謝罪。三笘選手の持っていたプレートに小野田寛郎が描かれているのを中国のサッカーファンが投稿、瞬く間に中国で炎上「三笘を追放せよ」の騒ぎに発展した。なお、小野田は原住民を30人以上を殺害しているのでフィリピンでも同様の騒ぎが起きている。
