Remote procedure call with CLOB variable as parameter ERROR:lob arguments are not permitted in remote calls

This is continuation to my earlier question about calling procedure using DB link

Now my remote procedure has several parameters, couple of them have CLOB as datatype.

Now when i make a call to this procedure it gived error

LINE/COL ERROR
8/3 PL/SQL: Statement ignored
8/36 PLS-00564: lob arguments are not permitted in remote calls

Thanx for your help...but this is bad news...as i am not controling the remote procedure..its a diffrent application and that work fine in its environment...I worry if thoes ppl will change that for me :(

I told the it ppl of that company and now they hv chanegd their procedure and they are returning me the output in collection object....
