Music lovers, families and their four-legged friends flocked to Thirroul Music Festival on the weekend.

There was gigs in small venues, Anita's Theatre and a large, outdoor stage.

Location of the two car crash on the M1 Princes Motorway in Dapto.

There is very heavy northbound traffic on the M1 Princes Motorway in Dapto after a two car crash.

The accident occurred near the intersection of Kanahooka Road at 8.19am.

At this stage heavy traffic stretches 3.5 kilometres south past Emerson Road.

Emergency services are responding to the scene.

After being left in limbo earlier this year, the new details and dates for the Shellharbour Airshow have been revealed.

More information will be revealed later today, with a media call scheduled at the airport for noon.

Most Australians living with autism want to take part in sport, but environmental, systemic and social barriers are keeping them off the field, new data shows.

The research by Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) found that three in four autistic children (74 per cent) and two in three autistic adults (69 per cent) want to participate in more sport than they currently do.
