@VestigialLung @phooky I'm afraid you spoke too soon. The non-white baby is meant to convey "low IQ", check out the other image up the thread where they have a non-white baby on the left looking confused and a white baby on the right (!) smiling intelligently.

P.S. It may seem like I’m reading too much into baby expressions and being racist. Rather I’ve become more aware of the racist programming we’re being subjected to.
