"There wasn't much chugger left; the front paneling was gone, the upper half of the cab had been lifted off, and only the frames remained. The chugger still had his eyes fixed straight ahead, but not much else gave away his expression."
This is an art honoring in tribute to the best Chuggington fanfic and creepypasta created by @MasteroftheLemons . A listen to Sammy Clark's reading of this story gave me an idea to draw the first full fledged illustration of this.
