Mozu

Born in 1998. Graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan High School of Arts for Visual Media Expression.
He is active in three fields: time-lapse anime, miniatures, and trick brats.
When he recreated his room in miniature when he was in his second year of high school, it became a hot topic that "it only looks real" and was interviewed by TV and the media. In the same year, the time-lapse anime "In Failure", which was made entirely by himself, won the top prize in the JAPAN Youth category of Asia's largest film festival "DigiCon6".

In 2021, he won the "NY ADC Young Guns 19" for international creators under the age of 30 and the "Creative Choice Award" selected by public voting from among the winners, winning the world's top prize.

In 2022, he appeared in "Passion Continent (MBS production/TBS series)".

In 2023, the renewed exhibition "Mozu Miniature Exhibition: Welcome to the Little World" will be held.

In 2024, he will appear in "Matsuko's Unknown World (TBS series)".

●Same-day tickets will be sold at "Aso View!" and "Ginza Mitsukoshi New Building 7th Floor Event Venue Mozu Miniature Exhibition Hall".
●Same-day tickets will be sold at the venue only if there are vacancies in the reservation slots designated on the day and time. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries by phone, email, etc.
*The number of admission tickets for each date and time is limited, so they may be sold out. It will be closed all day on Friday, December 5th.
●This exhibition cannot be entered only by presenting the MI Card, Mitsukoshi Isetan Holdings Shareholder Benefit Card, and MI Friends Association Card.
*If you have a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, mental disability health and welfare certificate, rehabilitation certificate, A-bomb survivor health certificate) and a medical certificate for specified diseases, one caregiver will be free of charge if accompanied by a caregiver. The battle and defense between parents who love cleanliness and children who make as much mess as they want are condensed in the entrance and expressed comically.

Dwarf Series

In a space that resembles an actual room
A dwarf's room appears.

The latest installment in the long-awaited Dwarf series! First release only in Ginza Mitsukoshi!

The dwarfs spend their summer vacation at their grandmother's house. Free research notebooks, beetles, watermelon skins and swinging fans... Feel the sweet and nostalgic smell of summer, reminiscent of distant days.

Created while remembering the bathroom of my parents' house. The hiragana front of the wall can be turned over at the edges, and the lid of the bath can be rolled up.
"Kitchen Express", "Living Line"... . This work was created by imagining the line of a dwarf train running through a room. We were particular about the amount of light and plumbing, and aimed for a station that everyone had seen.

Only one tilted seasoning bottle or a forgotten plastic umbrella... Etc. The tempered glass reproduced by making cuts with a cutter is a must-see.
An elementary school boy's room recreated relying on memory. Thrown away Randoseru, palettes of paints, menus... A somewhat nostalgic scene stimulates the imagination.

The theme is "ideal space". Packed with the bare minimum of supplies to enjoy life, vegetable soup is on standby in the microwave.
"When the dryer starts turning, time starts to move there." This work traps such a strange moment. Pay attention to the details, such as the chairs repaired with green tape and the basket for forgotten items.

In 2016, when I was in my third year of high school, I spent half a year making 42 sets of desks and chairs by hand for my graduation project. On the stage of this classroom, we are producing time-lapse anime.
