No, but everyone has a different story. All of my friends (female and males) that work behind the scenes have all said that they never were approached in that way. They never experienced a casting couch experience.

Not everyone in Hollywood is doing fµcked up sh!t and not every producer is a sexist pig that takes advantage of his job. If you do your work and deliver the best quality, you will be respected and you will not be crossed.

I'm going to try to say this in a vague way, my boyfriend works behind the scenes but he is still in the forefront; his entire 'squad' has worked very hard for what they have and they do not tolerate any disrespect. Put your foot down but don't step on any toes.

I don't have any prominent director/film/tv producer tea. One of my bf's friends is about to start working for a popular network so I'll see what I can get and make a new thread down the line.

I'm happy to see Rihanna and Beyoncé have success and love to see them be on top of the music world, I just wish they could or would accept more black female singers or artist in general to share the top too.

Already answered that. She was doing the most the last time I was around her - acting like that little AA stint was Ford Models. I didn't care for her so I wouldn't know personal specifics abt boyfriends etc. Her and Tini came on late in the game after AA was semi-played. Tini's nice but awkward - stunning but doesn't really "fit" with that lowkey ratchet crowd, a good girl.

Around the time I was heavy in that scene, there were much badder black girls modeling before them for AA like Signe, so that whole "exotical" sh!t Asia is on is eyeroll worthy. Joan never ever slept her way through. She was solely helped by two men that are gay. They did the same for karlie kloss, Liya Kebede and Hilary Rhoda. And I've said this time again that I for one don't care for her because she's rude, but homegirl works her ass off. And she's at least 33 now because in 2011 there was a white pages that said she was 30- 31.

Jourdan dunn is one of my favs. She's no nonsense and doesn't play the industry games. Even designers are scared of her because she speaks her mind. Some call her ghetto and ratchet which I find unfortunate because a black woman who speaks her mind = ghetto.

Kendall was never pimped out for the designers she walked for. She might be getting pimped out but definitely not for fashion shows. A day before she walked I spilt here she was going to because I saw the meeting happening and then two black givenchy muses were dropped from walking.

Sigh Jasmine is one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen, her skin is flawless but homegirl needs to tone it down a bit. Her attitude problem will be her down fall. Lastly Naomi is much more revered because she's high fashion and had and still has a great career.
