this reminds me of the couple I've met half a year ago, both in their late 40s, early 50s and together since 30 years; she's (mtf) super intelligent, finances both of their life and is extremely stressed out while he is at home, does nothing but lift some weights and lives off their money. It's clearly a unevened balance and I just feel so sorry for her, he's such a sexist jerk and she is afraid of being alone or afraid he will do something to himself.
