    I am an adhd girl through and through, so I often struggle with remembering to drink enough water or take my vitamins before bed. I put one packet mixed into spring water and ice in my hydro flask and sip away throughout the day. I have an autoimmune disorder on top of my adhd which not only gives me brain fog, but my immune system is shot. Knowing that everyday I’m consuming a delicious drink that’s also packed with vitamins AND elderberry and not loaded with sugar, puts my mind at ease. Can’t speak on the other flavors yet. But so far I’m extremely happy!

    It’s pretty good! It’s great that they were able to make a classic Agua Fresca flavor into a packet full of vitamins and good for hydration. It’s definitely on the sweet side. I’m only leaving out one star because it is on the watery side (add milk or a protein drink for a creamier drink), and the aftertaste has a slight bitterness that comes with most vitamins. This is one of their better flavors overall.

    There's cheaper supplements when it comes to immunity. When times are really bad, there's a vitamin pack with a full C complex and an additional pill with Astralagus and Elderberry in it. It was known as Ultra Start where I'm at. You'd also get an everyday supply from here, much cheaper than from the gas station.

    Now, in terms of Electrolytes? Get Electrolytes In the Raw, as that's just the hydration aspect in a tiny, efficient, long lasting spoonful. 240 doses in a bag, or 120 if it's horribly hot. Bit salty but you're getting your hydration in.

    I think this drink was meant for hangover prevention and support due to all the B vitamins in it. I don't drink anymore, so I wouldn't know.

    I concede in that it tastes good and I love the authenticity of Latin flavors here. However, you could just buy MiO spritzes or drink powders for much cheaper.
