-All lanes of the section of Tai Po Road - Yuen Chau Tsai (Both bounds) between Nam Wan Road and Tolo Highway
-The only lane of the slip roads leading from Tolo Highway (Both bounds) to Tai Po Road - Yuen Chau Tsai
-All lanes of Kwong Wang Street (Both bounds)
-All lanes of the section of Yuen Shin Road (Ting Kok Road bound) between Tolo Highway and Tai Po Tai Wo Road

- Due to watermain emergency works , the one-lane-two-way traffic arrangement is being implemented on Kwai Luen Road near Shing Hing House Kwai Shing East Estate.

- Special traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in phases at various locations in the New Territories South, Kowloon West and Tsim Sha Tsui from 1am Sunday (30 November) to facilitate the holding of the 2025 Hong Kong Cyclothon.
Motorists should pay particular attention to the road closures and public transport arrangements at the Lantau Link, Ting Kau Bridge, Stonecutters Bridge, Eagle's Nest Tunnel, Sha Tin Heights Tunnel, West Kowloon Highway and Tsim Sha Tsui on that day. Due to extensive road closures, the TD anticipates that traffic will be very congested. Motorists are advised to avoid driving to the affected/congested areas unless absolutely necessary and should exercise restraint and patience in case of traffic congestion and follow instructions by the Police.
During the event, the road closures will not affect vehicles from Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/the New Territories East heading for the airport and Lantau Island. Due to the closure of Ting Kau Bridge (Kowloon bound), motorists travelling from the New Territories West to the Airport and Lantau Island via Tuen Mun Road or Tai Lam Tunnel will be diverted to use Tsuen Wan Road, Tsuen Tsing Interchange, Tsing Tsuen Road, Tsing Tsuen Bridge, Tam Kong Shan Interchange and Tsing Yi North Coastal Road heading for Tsing Ma Bridge.
Both traffic bounds of Western Harbour Crossing will remain in normal operation. Due to the closure of the West Kowloon Highway (Western Harbour Crossing bound), motorists traveling from New Territories West or Kowloon West to Hong Kong Island will be diverted via the slip road of Lin Cheung Road (northbound) near the Civil Aid Service Headquarters heading for the Western Harbour Crossing.

On the event day, journey time of bus services from Airport to Urban/New Territories Areas will be increased, it may affect the stability of the bus services from Urban/New Territories Areas back to Airport. Travellers should allow more travelling time for their journey to/from Airport and Urban/New Territories.
Travellers going to the Airport Express Line Kowloon Station, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link and the China Ferry Terminal are advised to plan their journey early to avoid any delay caused by road closures and traffic diversions.

- As informed by the Chinese Mainland Railway Authorities, High Speed Rail (Hong Kong Section) will add the following temporary train trips:

- Motorists are advised that, the new traffic lane at Hong Kong Island Bound Exit of Western Harbour Crossing will be commissioned from 6.00 am on 30 November 2025 (Sunday). Upon the commissioning of the new traffic lane, the slip road leading from Western Harbour Crossing to Central District, Sai Ying Pun and Sheung Wan will be expanded to three traffic lanes, providing two traffic lanes heading for Central District and one traffic lane heading for Sai Ying Pun or Sheung Wan.
Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be provided on-site to guide motorists.
- To facilitate the arrangement of setting up a traffic coordination depot for the 15th National Games of the People’s Republic of China, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games, the entire 7/F and 8/F (including 77 numbers of EV charging facilities) of Rumsey Street Carpark will be temporarily closed to the public from 2 October 2025 to 30 December 2025.
Affected motorists can continue to use the parking facilities on 1/F to 6/F of Rumsey Street Car Park or make use of other car parks in the vicinity during the above period. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with care and patience.
