アップルパイがこれだけで極上に!りんごとバターをレンジで加熱して作る即席りんごバターを、パン生地に包んで焼くだけ。パイ生地いらずで手軽なのに、香ばしいバターととろけるりんごの甘みが広がります。一口食べたら止まらない、簡単アップルパイ風スイーツです。

材料:
【A】強力粉 200g
【A】ぬるま湯 120ml
【A】砂糖 30g
【A】バター(常温に戻す) 30g
【A】塩 3g
【A】ドライイースト 3g
りんご(すりおろす) 50g
砂糖 10g
バター 20g
溶き卵 適量
作り方:
① ボウルに【A】を入れてひとまとまりになるまで混ぜ、ラップをかける。2倍の大きさになるまで40〜50分ほどおく。
② 耐熱容器にりんごと砂糖を入れて、600Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。バターを加えて混ぜて粗熱をとる。
台に強力粉(適量、分量外)をふり、①を薄く伸ばして半分に切る。生地の片方にりんごバターをのせる。
③ ②に残りの生地をのせて5等分に切り込みを入れる。
④ ③を両端をねじりながら渦巻き状に成形する。クッキングシートにのせて溶き卵を塗り。180℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。お好みで粉砂糖をかけたら、完成!
*クッキングシートは耐熱温度200℃で20分以上使用可能な製品をご利用下さい。
