Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. You can try Ulaa Enterprise free for 3 months with full access to all features, no credit card required. Once the trial ends, you can choose a plan that best fits your requirements.

What happens when my trial ends?

Users will be notified prior to the expiration of the 3-month trial period and provided with the option to upgrade their plan. Upon completion of the trial, if the user has not upgraded, access to premium features will be suspended. However, all user data will be retained, and the user may upgrade to the premium plan at any time to restore access.

How can I upgrade from the free trial to a premium plan?

Users can upgrade from the Free Trial to the Enterprise plan using the upgrade option. Upon selection, they will be redirected to the Zoho Store to complete the purchase. All organization data from the trial plan will be retained and carried forward to the premium plan.

How is Ulaa Enterprise priced?

What if the number of users is reduced during the purchase of a new plan?

If your trial plan has 500 devices and you purchase an premium plan with 300 devices, only 300 devices will be retained under the premium plan. Currently, the selection is done automatically. However, in the future, an option will be provided for organizations to manually choose which users to retain.
