In 2017, I joined a project which aimed at promoting student educational services on Quora and redirecting the traffic to the main website.

Quora is the biggest online question-and-answer platform; thus, you will most likely find answers to any topic. This is why it attracts marketers who want to benefit from its vast audience.

Before starting any activity on Quora, I explored multiple guidelines about Quora marketing; I followed several top writers in the target niche; I asked and answered a few questions. It seemed fine from the very beginning. My questions were not collapsed and gradually gained a decent amount of views.

However, the business wants to move fast and get tangible results right away. In six months, my Quora account was banned, and all the content was deleted. It was excruciating for me since the efforts had just started to pay off. But it was all gone.
