本日Google Japan Unionは団体交渉のあり方について東京都労働委員会を通じて会社と調整を試みましたが、会社側は都から提案されたものを含め全て拒絶し団交拒否の姿勢を明確にしました。当組合としては不当労働行為の救済申し立てを行います
Google Japan Union は昨日17日に会社と団体交渉を行い、その中で会社からパッケージを拒否した組合員に対しては代わりとなる仕事を調整するという趣旨の発言を引き出しました。我々は次回以降の団体交渉で引き続き詳細について確認して参ります。
本日、 Google Japan Union は東京都労働委員会に対し Google 日本法人による団体交渉拒否を不当労働行為として認めるよう救済申し立てを行いました。私達は今後も日本の法規範を無視し従業員の人間性を軽視する Google 日本法人との闘いを続けて参ります

- Stop the ongoing illegal downsizing which involves harassment and retaliation
- Hold the next collective bargaining session ASAP
- Open Googlegeist ASAP

Yesterday, GJU had a collective bargaining session with Google, in which the Union got Google to indicate that the company will assign alternative jobs to all union members who rejected the offered package. We'll continue confirming the details in the following sessions.
