The previous ones have been fun 😊
I’m working on a project where I take several photos of a user (around 5–10 images from different angles) and generate professional headshot-style photos based on those.
Has anyone done this before?

Which AI models or platforms did you use (Flux, SDXL, LCM, etc.)?
-
Were you satisfied with the results in terms of identity preservation and realism?
-
Any tips for training, fine-tuning, or prompt structure when using multiple reference photos?
Would really appreciate any recommendations or examples!

This new upscaler advertises “blazingly fast” performance, but in practice, each upscale is taking over four minutes from click to image. However, the Fal dashboard shows each request as completing in just a few seconds.
Is this discrepancy caused by bandwidth limits on Fal’s end, or is the model queue backed up and delaying processing? It's not any faster directly through the API either.
I’d like to integrate this model into a production workflow, but a 4-minute turnaround per upscale isn’t viable. I’m trying to determine what’s actually causing the delay.
Thanks
*EDIT - Fixed. FAL team is ON IT*
How would you like the video to end?

Just something simple and cute!!
A woman pours a cup of tea, and accidentally summons a magical Tea Dragon! Every brew is bound to be delicious with this little guy watching over you.
Good luck to everyone in the contest ^^ This was fun! I'm looking forward to participating in more community events here
I used the characters from a music video I made and made an extra scene for them.

I wanted to try telling a story with no dialogue — just atmosphere and emotion.
A lone traveler crosses an endless desert and awakens a forgotten stone giant.
They don’t talk, they just understand each other.
They walk forward together.
Sometimes the helper you needed was always there, just waiting to be seen.

I wasn't sure what to make but I decided on the interior of a witch's house because it seemed like a cute and fun idea!
Made from 3 videos using image/frames to video mode on discord.
Just a simple prompt experiment with fibo. No edits:
Nighttime street-level view in downtown San Francisco, looking upward between two skyscrapers — the Transamerica Pyramid and a neighboring glass tower. Overhead, a vast glistening spider web stretches between the buildings, strands catching the city lights like threads of silver. At the center of the web, a giant spider crouches, its body reflecting the neon glow from nearby signs and windows. The buildings loom dramatically into the dark sky, their sharp angles emphasizing the spider’s immense scale. The atmosphere is moody, cinematic, and eerie, with reflections on wet pavement and a faint orange haze in the night air. Realistic photo quality, ultra-detailed, shallow depth of field, horror-meets-beauty aesthetic.
Long live AI!

@fal great that you have this model, but the api is missing the size and quality options.
I want to do square images and some portrait via the edit model… not sure how to request that.
