looking for a cheap vps to tunnel services

my isp uses cgnat, and I currently tunnel traffic through oracle free tier ampere server but the speed is limited to ~50mbps. also I don't want to do kyc with gov id like hetzner.

performance: good enough to run rathole, and caddy in docker/host
my server location: India
speed: 200Mbps min
bandwidth: 2TB min
budget: ~5USD (cheaper the better)
