It has not really been mentioned here, however two seconds of digging and I'm already seeing major red flags, if the name and website alone weren't radioactive enough.

On the server owner's SteamHistory profile (Sarahkitty) there's a Furry Pound sourceban with a link attached as the reason, including chat snippets from TKGP's staff which if legitimate are fucking disgusting:

The Internet is a magical place where you can pretend the opposite from reality has happened and people will believe you given enough time is spent peddling the lie and you have a sizeable online following. TF2 brain rot makes this even stronger. The dumb faggot who started that X thread went on UFR, agreed that most of what MYM shipped was shit but is flabbergasted when people try saying that to the devs (in the only way possible because every question on the "interview" was softballed or ignored). Never trust a word a Youtube "persona" says because all they care about is:
  • Attention from e-daddy (Valve)
  • Money flow from engagement (entertain the TF2 monkeys with Stockholm Syndrome)
  • Clout and networking with other slimeballs (agree with chuds and you get dropped from events and streams)

The game may have been completely stagnant for seven years, and the devs may have only done the minimum of making the game actually playable while it was getting absolutely dicked for years... but it looks like TF2 was #Saved, no need to want more from it or these devs!

Are some people so new that they thought bots were a part of the game and this is like a major change to remove Sniper robots? TF2 used to be so big that practically everyone on the web liked and knew of it no matter the kind of person they were. It is still big, but now most people talking about it have made it their singular personality trait, just like people do with all the other shit on the internet. Some people are more focused on keeping drama out of their quirky clubhouse instead of humoring the "evil" idea that the game could be better.
