Hey shadow,
I hope you're feeling at least a bit better and have been spending a lot of time with family. There's a lot i want to say but I'm going to try to keep this as short as I can. First of all, you are genuinely such an amazing person and you have done more for me than i could ever tell you and more than i could ever give back. Trust me when i say that you really deserve to be happy, you have been through so so much and i am so proud that you have managed to keep going despite everything that has been thrown at you. Things have been really hard for you lately but just remember that one day it wont feel so horrible, it WILL get better. Please try to think about yourself a bit more and take care of yourself. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being who you are. Just keep going! I believe in you! Love you very much shadow, hope you have fun in japan if you end up going and I look forward to seeing you again when you're ready to come back.

I know things have been hard, and still will be even though you're doing better enough to read this; but you'll eventually get to a point where the weight of everything that's happened isn't unbearable. You have the support of those that care about you and professional support too. In the long run you'll be okay, even if this is nothing like what you've already overcome and if it feels impossible. You've done a hell of a lot better than most people would do in your situation. No matter how much is stacked against you, you keep going, trying to be the best person you can. It will always be one of the main things I admire about you. I wish you didn't feel like you had to come back apologising or feel bad that you had a moment of weakness. It's not any of your fault. Take as much time as needed to recover and get any more help you need.

I truly love you, and nothing will change that; not even if that tiny part of your brain that wants to push people away or thinks you aren't deserving of that sometimes wins. Even if you don't have your own back, I've got it for you, and I'll always try and do what I can for you. I started my girling arc because you gave me the courage with how much you push back against everything that's telling you "no" and telling it "no" back and just still cruising, and I feel like I can do the same!!
