Domainagents.com contacted the domain 'owner' on our behalf to start a negotiation. We reached an agreement and the rest of the transaction would go through Escrow.com. We made the payment going through this process the seller would send the authorization code. However, the seller did not send the code and Escrow reached out to the seller, but found out that the 'seller' does not own the actual domain. It's very frustrating: how is it possible to connect your customer to a seller that doesnt own the actual domain? What makes matters worse is that domain agents does not respond to my messages. I have been sending 3 messages and I cannot reach them by phone. I hope this helps domain agents to respond and help finding a solution.

I was cold emailed by DomainAgents to sell one of my domain names. At first I was very skeptical. It took me some time to understand that they are only brokers. I gave them a try, signed up and made a counter offer to the buyer. After two exchanges of counter offers we settled on price and closed the transaction via Escrow. Their support is human based and is fast to respond. Highly recommended.

This was the first time in my life that I sold a domain name, and honestly, I had no idea how such a process would work. It was also a pretty large amount of money, at least for me, so I found it exciting and wanted to be absolutely sure everything would be safe and handled properly.
DomainAgents (and especially Elsa) helped me tremendously with this. The process took quite a while, as the buyer needed time to make their decision, and there were moments when I honestly thought the sale might not go through. But Elsa kept monitoring everything closely, staying in touch with the buyer and guiding the process step by step. Thanks to her persistence and professionalism, the sale was successfully completed in the end.
What I really appreciated is that they work with Escrow.com for the payment. That way, you know for certain that you’ll receive the funds once the buyer has received the domain name, it gave me a lot of peace of mind and confidence.
As a private individual doing this for the very first time, I felt very well supported. I’m very happy with the outcome, and grateful for the patient and personal guidance I received along the way.
Thank you, Elsa & DomainAgents!

I like Domain Agents'system of allowing to make counter offers with the ability of adding comments. The whole transaction process was fast, efficient and displayed refined professionalism.

I have done a number of transactions with Domain Agents and have always found them top notch professionals. In fact, they are the only firm I would ever use to buy/sell domains.
Communication was excellent, emails were clear and timely. This was out first experience of buying a pre-owned domain. taking ownership of the .com for our brand was very important to our brand development. The process was made simple by the DomainAgents team. We'll definately refer back to them for future negotiations.
I was very impressed with the end to end service provided, which helped explain the process to sell our domain, and gave me advice throughout.
Brokered a website I’ve been wanting for a while. Great service and keep good communication through the entire offer/escrow process. Highly recommend.
This company and its product are a scam. It took more than a week, if not two, before they finally "presented" the offer, but they spammed the domain owner so much that he tripled the price because the emails were annoying him.
They promise a free credit if there's no deal, but nope. It's only if they can't present your offer. So, essentially, you pay $20 to send an email to an address anyone can get from a WHOIS, regardless of the outcome.
Stay far away from this company.

I used beacon ai for a website. (Never made a website)Domain name expired in beacon and beacon transfered me to Domain Agents. Domain agents had $20 negotiation fee paid it with unexpected offer. With a low budget and time consuming occurrence now I'm stuck with a risk of reputation, a long-term wait that can last over 70 days!, and no reply to offer. I'll remember this tragedy, this awful... mistake.

Overall it was pretty smooth. I might actually become a customer

I just started my first business and had secured my desired domain—but only the .co version, not the .com. When I saw the .com wasn’t being used, I decided to try reaching out to the owner. DomainAgents made the entire process easy for someone like me who isn’t technical. Their platform was straightforward, and I really appreciated the clear, step-by-step instructions for negotiating and claiming the domain. The escrow and payment process was also smooth—I always felt secure in the transaction. It was a smooth experience from start to finish!
