It's a really difficult inconsistent arc shot onto the top of the panther hull. And I would say it's more than countered by virtue of the tanks actually in the same BR like Pz. M1 carbine is better used hipfiring because you want to be the one to land the first hit. If they're using a bolt-action rifle, you need to make their aim flinch to have any chance of surviving before making your follow up shots. Since it's faster on follow up shots it affords you that tactic. I still won't use those semis unless the ROF is buffed. Meanwhile the PCCs are delightful to use.

Yes it's supposed to be an extension of Seelow in the Brandenburg forest. It uses Berlin customization sets.

The proto Manchuria event completely ruined Japan. More frequently I see 8 of my 9 teammates completely struggling to make 1000 score than with the other factions. BR 1 jap is a total skill pit and it's only slightly better at 3 and 5. It's gone from the faction with the most reliable teammates to being completely overrun with people who've never played an FPS before.

Picked up a pretty rare weapon as far as I can tell, an improved Sten, but it genuinely felt like just using the Sten desu, but the front grip and pistol grip seem like a good upgrade on the original design.

The VG. 2 has really bad accuracy for a bolt action, to my memory. You'd think that it wouldn't really matter, but at longer ranges your bullets sometimes just fly off target, which can be deadly. The MAS is kinda pointless and is a relic of bayonets being uncommon, and the Vz is basically just a Mosin.

With the Kar 98k variants, the difference is in the sights and the ROF. The pre-war fires a bit faster but has kinda bad sights, where the wartime Kar has nicer sights but fires slower.

Just like the patchett right bud? When I'm getting curb stomped by BR2 Japan my patchett squad doesn't feel much like supposedly insane powercreep at all. The 1-2 power gap is brutal, and for most factions BR1 is 50/50 uptiers so there is absolutely room for strong guns with tradeoffs, and hyperspecialized CQC only weapons that are trash past 30m sound pretty BR1 to me.
