Evidence: At long last it looks like the Epstein files will be 'released.' why wasn't it released before - heavily redacted to protect powerful people like the President? Because they suspected - or knew - that The press was in possession of the un-edited documents.
Why hasn't the press reported on it yet? Two reasons:
The Steele dossier (also known as the Trump–Russia dossier.) For those who don't know it was opposition research on Trump. The press knew about the dossier for a long time before Buzzfeed reported on it. Other press outlets were not willing to do that because much of the information it contained was unverifiable or wrong. And that's a major similarity shared with the Epstein files. It's a huge document dump that's going to implicate dozens of people, yet much of the information will be wrong or can not be verified. It was a huge embarrassment for Buzzfeed in particular and the press in general.
The press is waiting for the government to make the first move. If (likely when) the documents are released it will be with significant redactions or certain documents won't be shared at all. This will be the opening the press needs. They can't report about an email describing the President having sex with a minor without verifying the information. They *can* report that there's a government cover-up.
Date: Jan 1, 2026. I think the press has all it's ducks in a row and it won't take long for them to publish if there are significant redactions or omissions when the files are 'released.'
Why can we be so certain the press has these files? The government leaks like a sieve. Even if the files weren't available to the Biden administration, the Trump admin is still run in large part by non-partisan bureaucrats, and even staunch Republicans, who would give documents over to the press because of their moral compass.

My evidence is that these things are a disaster waiting to happen. You're forcing 20+ phones, each with a powerful battery (3,500-7,500mAh), into a cheap, flammable pocket organizer. My evidence from watching tech teardowns is that it only takes one faulty battery to overheat and start a chain reaction, turning the whole thing into a chemical fire right next to the classroom door. It's not a matter of if, but when.

Yesterday I predicted that Trump will fake some health scare to distract from the Epstein files. Others said he'll bomb a foreign country. But there is one more ridiculous action he can take to bury this. Something that almost never happens:
Trump and Johnson will conspire to Pocket veto this. Trump will let this sit on his desk, and then, on Dec 1, Johnson will adjourn Congress for Christmas. Trump will claim he can't sign the bill any more and he'll pocket veto the thing.
Before the date 11/19/26, we, or more accurately, the media, will forget about the Epstein files and not a single person named in them will be punished.

Kashoogi was getting too close to the truth about what's really going on.
Date: When the democrats take back the House and the Senate, he's the first one who they absolutely *NEED* to bring in for questioning and they will get him to spill everything. He's too important to this administration. He knows a lot. He knows a lot of very powerful people, including Trump himself. He knows some things we don't.
Evidence: The White House has been on an AI kick posting all kinds of AI blunders like the possibly AI generated 3D model of the White House ballroom, the AI edited videos of Trump on the official White House YouTube channel, and the deepfake videos of Trump posted to his social media.
In addition, there’s a general lack of competency within this administration’s handling of things such as the Epstein jail footage release where there were contradictory statements made and an edited video was released.
I don’t have any evidence of the market downturn. It’s pure speculation based on the fact that this file release will be worldwide news. If it contains AI generated mistakes, that won’t be good for business.

As it stands, there is nothing that legally prevents Trump's DOJ from releasing the full and underacted files. DOJ may have a policy in place about not releasing files that a re a part of an ongoing investigation, but it would not by illegal for Trump to just order the DOJ to release them. But once this bill is signed into law however...
As pointed out to Speaker Johnson in a press event yesterday, the language of the bill is pretty clear - the DOJ is to immediately release the full set of files except those that are a part of an active investigation. This means that now, it WILL be illegal to release any files that are a part of an active investigation, per this very law. And since Trump ordered a new investigation into the case just the other day, Bondi can just claim that anything missing from the release is being withheld as a part of an active investigation, and cannot be released.
The investigation is targeting Dems of course, but that's besides the point. Even if anyone points out that there are obvious omissions regarding Trump or other Republicans, they'll reply with some version of, "While the investigation is centered around prominent Democrats, there are many other individuals that are relevant as informants, witnesses, and victims who are directly connected and will be withheld until all investigations are complete."
I'll also add that I don't know if this will be particularly effective at this point, since there's now enough momentum that violating what was universally understood to be the spirit of this bill would almost certainly prompt people who have been keeping quiet until now to start coming forward with the information that they've been sitting on until cleared to speak. This may include victims, FBI agents who were tasked with scrubbing files, court employees with access to evidentiary files and depositions, and even some lawmakers who got hoodwinked with this scheme along with us.

The claim that this bill prevents the full release will happen shortly after it officially becomes law, so probably in the coming days. The "investigations" into the Dems will conveniently last through the midterms a year from now, if Trump stays viable in the eyes of his handlers until then.
However, if they can make sure that Trump bears responsibility for 1) creating a "crisis" by managing to get the US into a full-scale war and 2) succeeds in classifying a vague movement like "antifa" as a "terrorist" organization to provide ongoing justification for arrests of any non-MAGA without due process, then they'll "conclude the investigation" and release the files damning Trump before then.
They will either slow walk the release so anything containing Trump can somehow be lost or not be scheduled to be released until it's posthumously, or find a way to redact him under made up pretenses, or documents will get lost in a fire, or *anything at all they can come up with* in order to protect or insulate him. Just watch.

Once the files are released and reviewed, it will be questioned whether the files are either complete and what files may be missing and/or scrubbed. For the date, I’d give it until December 1st, maybe sooner, and the evidence is Mark Epstein’s statement that the files have already been scrubbed of incriminating data.

A lot of people seem to be afraid that the Trump administration is going to release a version of the Epstein files that have the names of any Republicans redacted, or worse, they're going to release a doctored version of the files to use them as political ammunition against the Democrats. Luckily, we already know what will happen if they try this.
Evidence: Earlier this year, the Trump administration they claimed was an unedited surveillance tape from outside Epstein's prison cell, showing no one entered the cell before he was found dead. It took for reports to emerge showing the video had been edited in Adobe Premier Pro. They'd presumably had access to the video footage since Trump's first term. In all those years, it seems no one involved knew or cared about the fact that metadata exists.
Now, we're being told that in a matter of months, this same administration has perfectly doctored however many tens of thousands of documents, including (but not limited to) legal transcripts, bank records, flight logs, itemized evidence lists, and audio/video recordings? And not only have they figured out how to doctor all those items without leaving a trace, but they've made sure the files still make sense with all the removed info and the replacement info? And it's all gonna make sense when compared with the publicly available versions?

The evidence that speaks to this is the enormous nonpartisan momentum across the nation for the release of the Epstein files. Whoever takes the reins in 2028 will have four to eight years of the hardest work and greatest challenges faced by any administration since Lincoln. By roughly the date January 31st, 2031 we will know if we've been wise enough to elect that leader by his or her actions. The strongest evidence that this can work would come from the Supreme Courts own ruling that the President can essentially do as he pleases.
We need a leader who will use this unprecendentedly antidemocratic ruling to undo the nearly 40 years of damage done to the Republic and our society and then have the strength of will and moral compass to demand that Congress take it away by law once they have returned the power to the people and brought Trump, his entire senior administration, the GOP leadership, at least two very openly corrupt Supreme Court Justices, the Heritage Foundation, Federalist Society, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, Bezos, Andreesen and every other corrupt, wealthy monster who had contributed to this massive decline to justice and show the people that there is no longer a two tiered system for the rich to exploit. Mark my words, when I say this is the only way to move on and reclaim our place in the world I am utterly certain. America's power, leadership and moral authority have been squandered and discrediting by those who've benefited most from the system they've spent decades rigging. Only returning the power to the citizenry can we ever hope to reach anywhere near where we once stood and prospered. Only when we all are uplifted and the the rich are put in their place can we reach a state of true social justice, equality and equity as a society, necessitating an end to the failed distractions of identity politics and pivoting towards the politics of class solidarity in the face of an ongoing descent into plutocracy and oligarchy.
Evidence: Trump’s previous move was to direct the DOJ to open a sweeping “special investigation” into Democrats tied to the Epstein files. Once that investigation exists, the DOJ gains a ready-made excuse to freeze documents, block disclosures, and refuse public transparency by citing an “active inquiry.” (Remember his taxes?) The point isn’t to uncover wrongdoing — it’s to seal the files behind an official barrier that can’t easily be challenged.
And here’s the deeper play: after locking the material behind an investigation he controls, Trump can publicly posture as the one who wants the files released. He gets to say he’s “for transparency,” knowing full well that the DOJ can’t release a thing as long as the probe is active. It lets him sound pro-disclosure while ensuring nothing actually comes out — a perfect setup for delay, confusion, and narrative control.

Trump has fallings-out with just about everyone he works with for more than a year or who looks too powerful next to him, and shuffles between potential “successors” so that the attention doesn’t get too far off him. This will occur before the SCOTUS ruling. He will do this because he knows they are both illegal and deeply unpopular. This will allow him to claim “victory”. He will claim that the tariffs are no longer necessary because of all the new manufacturing and trade agreements he has negotiated.
The reality is that he has only agreements in principle with other nations, that are not unenforceable. These nations will wait until the next administration before meeting any commitments made to Trump.

Due to rising food costs, high tariffs for vegetables, regulatory capture and corruption (the prime minister advertised milk before), I think Japanese eating habits will worsen. On top of that, the population is ageing and there will be more elderly who do not exercise. Japan will probably promote cars more and more to try to maintain rural populations, leading to more people who drive frequently.

Evidence: Trump has ordered his DOI (Department of Injustice) to investigate all Democrats involved with the Epstein case.
The Epstein files will never come out, even with the vote coming up in the house passing to the Senate. It won't be because the GOPedophiles didn't support the release, it'll be because Pam Bondie and the Department of Injustice will launch an investigation into Bill Clinton and other Democrats and their possible involvement with Epstein, thus sealing the files away as information regarding active investigations cannot be released to the public.
Once the investigation begins, most likely this week just before the vote, the vote to release the files will be cancelled as they will now be part of an active investigation, thus keeping the proof of Trump's rape of underage girls (and possibly even boys) under wraps as the DOI can keep the investigation open for as long as they please.

If the federal government wanted to, they could enforce that law and crackdown on THC possession in every state at any time.
If you look at a map of , and compare that to a map of cannabis , you see that every blue state has either fully legalized, or at least partially legalized and/or decriminalized. The majority of them have fully legalized cannabis use.

Context: In recent years, anti-indianism has become a lynchpin issue on the far right.
India is one of the most populous countries. The Indian diaspora has reached all corners of the world. In western countries these immigrants and their children tend to be educated, they work high paying jobs, and have been able to reach places of high power. Ex: various tech CEOs, Kamala Harris, Zohran Mamdani, Rishi Sunak, etc.
All the while workers in western countries are struggling as a result of poor labor laws, automation, and offshoring. The end result has been an extreme rise in hostility against Indians, who are being scapegoated for wage stagnation and unemployment.
Because Indians are newer immigrants to many western countries, they are more vulnerable than other communities. Whereas groups like Jews or African Americans have endured centuries of discrimination, and hence are able to strongly push back against racism, Indians just aren’t as united.
What this amounts to is Indians becoming the perfect targets for an online hate campaign by the far right. Where there is a concentrated effort by the far right to unite around this issue of Indian hate and use it to push their cause.
These people frequently circulate propaganda to dehumanize Indians, attempting to associate Indian people with feces, garbage, and squalor. They stereotype Indians as scammers and rapists. This is the mainstream anti-Indian sentiment, it’s obviously very harmful, and you often see people legitimize it under the veneer of “free speech” or “valid criticism”.
Once you step into actual Nazi spaces, the rhetoric becomes much more extreme. These people actively call for violence and harassment against Indian people. Their rationale is that if they can terrorize Indians enough, they can be bullied into self deporting. These are people who actively promote the ethnic cleansing/genocide of Indian descended people in the west.
The end result of this type of rhetoric from the far right is very obvious to me. It is going to instigate a major terrorist attack targeting Indians in the west. You can see this with anti-Latino sentiment and the El Paso shooting, Islamophobia and the Christchurch shooting, and various attacks against Jews and black people throughout history.
I can only hope Indian communities also see this threat for what it is, so when the day comes that one of these internet trolls becomes radicalized enough to act on the violence they routinely advocate for, the damage can be mitigated as much as possible.

Julie Brown's and others reporting already show that Epstein and Maxwell were serial abusers over the course of 30+ years. 30 years multiplied 52 weekends means he needed one new victim a week to reach the 1000+ number people allege. No vast conspiracy of other abusers and "compromise material" necessary. Cameras were there for his and Maxwell's entertainment only. Abusers love having evidence of their power over others.
Also, why would prosecutors hide other abusers in the 2007 prosecution? The prosecutors, FL AG, and governor were all Republicans. Trump, Epstein, and his other buddies were Democrats at the time. It would have been a great time to take out the Democratic Party and prevent a 2008 win. Especially knowing how unpopular Bush2 was.
Why would Republicans go this far to block the release? As a simple exercise of power for power's sake.

The California GOP has produced some of the most immoral rightwing fanatical candidates from Kevin McCarthy to Daryl Issa. When the Republicans saw themselves losing ground in the 1990s because of their corruption and incompetence, their response was to go Full Racist. As a result, from that date, the evidence shows the Republican Party has been in decline in California. Schwarzenegger was a movie star - and a moderate. He was also the exception that made the rule. Other than the hard core reactionaries, Californians don't trust the GOP.
Mark my word: the Republican Party will go the way of the California GOP. They are nosediving into oblivion like a dying albatross falling into the ocean.

Evidence: One of Mamdani's first official business trips was the Somos conference in San Juan. He has a promotional video of him speaking Spanish and learning as he goes. Videos are now surfacing of his previous Rap career under the name of Young Cardamom. Seeing from last year's political statement, I believe this year will be even more of a performance to show (and encourage) change, diversity and inclusivity.
She's doing this whole phony song and dance pretending she's seen the light about the GOP and the affordability crisis, she's going to announce her candidacy as a Democrat. Then during the primaries she will beat out AOC, Pete, etc with many abnormalities and help from Trump. Her winning the Iowa caucus will propel her into the conversation. The Iowa caucus can easily be gamed.
After she secures the spot, she'll endorse Trump.
My evidence is her sudden change of heart that feels very scripted. We'll know if I'm right or not by the date January of 2028.

Trump is pushing hard for the GOP to end the filibuster. As always, they will cave like the good little bitch boys they are because they've completely surrendered to his cult. Once they do, they'll not only pass every voter suppression law imaginable to the point where only a few MAGA rednecks can vote, but they will pass their longest running wet dream: A nationwide abortion ban.
Women across the country will suffer, either from bleeding out in an emergency room due to complications from a pregnancy gone wrong and unable to have access to proper medical treatment to being rounded up in the most psychotic red states for "murder" after the state learns they had an abortion performed at some point in their life and sentences them to death.
This will become the darkest time for women across the US.

Trump will remove the word "Trans" from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra
Evidence: One of Trumps first Executive Orders was to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. His administration had also decided that Department of War is a more appropriate name for the Department of Defense.
I believe this arbitrary and nonsensical renaming of things will continue, and that the Trans-Siberian Orchestra will be targeted this holiday season. Is it part of the war on "woke‐ness"? Another distraction from the Epstein files? It doesn't matter why but it will happen.
