Changes to Contract admin fee for contracts with a total of five or more lines

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for using Rakuten Mobile.
Effective from November 19, 2025 (Wed), the Contract admin fee for new contracts that result in a total of 5 or more lines will be changed to ¥3,500 (¥3,850 incl. tax) per contract line. The fee will remain free for up to 4 lines.

Customers who meet both of the following conditions:
① You must enter a new contract after Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
② The contract in ① must be under the same name as at least 5 other lines, including any other lines contracted after April 8, 2020.※1※2
