資産運用立国議員連盟を開催しました。高市総理も資産運用立国は力強く進めていくとおっしゃっていただいている中にあって、年末の税制改正に向けて、さらにこれを加速させるための提言を議連としてまとめました。近々申し入れを行いたいと思います。

事務局長を務める資産運用立国議連で、以前提言した、こども支援NISA、PE課税特例の緩和、GPIFのオルタナ投資拡充などの進捗状況について確認。議論を踏まえて、年末の税制改正に向けて緊急提言をまとめました。金融政策をさらに進化させ、個人の所得向上と成長資金の供給強化を実現していきます。

新しい資本主義本部でも官公需などの予算アップを主張してきましたが、今回の経済対策と補正予算について一部の予算額が少ないと感じています。これについて今一度、日本成長戦略本部で掲げる分野について、財務省との折衝状況を部会長らからヒアリングしました。財務省に必要額を求めていきます。

今日は、党本部の日本成長戦略本部長室にて各部会長を呼んで、経済対策や補正予算についてヒアリングをしています。

最高顧問を務めている「牡蠣養殖議員連盟」に出席しました。いま広島県、瀬戸内海では養殖している牡蠣の大量斃死(へいし)が発生しています。場所によっては9割の斃死が確認されており、重大な問題となっています。議連として政府に緊急対策を講ずるよう求めて参ります。

大阪で開催された「読売広論セミナー」で、講演しました。「資産運用立国をはじめとする経済政策と大阪への期待」と題して、経済や金融、投資など様々な観点から、日本の経済、強い経済を実現するためのお話をしました。

国際連携の確保この原則は経済対策に限らず先の予算や税制議論等も念頭に置き、本部また部会等でも原則に則った議論がされることを期待します。

「日本成長戦略本部」を開催しました。高市総理から本部長にとの依頼を受け、党則第79条機関として立ち上げました。経済成長と社会課題解決に資する官民連携の投資促進、賃上げ、スタートアップなど「新しい資本主義」を引き継ぎ、発展させるものです。ここから「強い経済」を実現して参ります。

「日本成長戦略本部」を開催しました。高市総理から本部長にとの依頼を受け、党則第79条機関として立ち上げました。経済成長と社会課題解決に資する官民連携の投資促進、賃上げ、スタートアップなど「新しい資本主義」を引き継ぎ、発展させるものです。ここから「強い経済」を実現して参ります。

高市政権では・造船や半導体など17の戦略分野における官民連携による危機管理投資・成長投資の促進・人材育成、賃上げの関係整備、スタートアップなどの8項目にわたる分野横断的に課題への対応この2つを成長戦略の柱としています。

今後、横断的な分野においては日本成長戦略本部において議論し、その他の分野においては政務調査会の部会や調査会などで議論してもらいつつ、必要に応じて日本成長戦略本部との合同会議を行うなどサポートして参ります。特に予算や税制改正などで壁に直面する際には、本部長として全力で支援します。

広島県知事選挙、横田みかさん、当確となりました。多くの皆さんにご支援いただきまして誠にありがとうございました。

9日日曜日は広島県知事選挙投票日です。自民党推薦、前広島県副知事の【横田みか】さん、行政経験豊富で広島県をさらに魅力ある県にしてくださると確信しています。ぜひ広島県の皆さんの一票を【横田みか】さんに託してください。

航空分野は言うまでもなく我が国の経済、また国民生活を支える重要なインフラです。そして国益のためにも大切な分野です。今日は会長を務めている航空議員連盟を開催し、業界団体と政府の担当にも出席してもらい、課題解決のための議論を行いました。

本日開催された、第８回日仏ビジネスサミットと大和キャピタルカンファレンス2025において基調講演を行いました。官民連携による戦略的投資はますます重要です。日本と海外の投資家、そしてビジネスに携わる皆さんに、これからも更に力強く推し進めていく日本の資産運用立国についてお話しました。

災害の復旧復興を進めていくと、新たな課題が次の段階で出てきます。これはどの災害においても同様です。だからこそ、今ある課題に向き合い、政治の立場からもやらなければならないことを、これからも進めていきたいと思います。本日お世話になった能登の皆さん、誠にありがとうございました。

住吉公民館で地盤沈下などの説明と、そして牡蠣養殖についてのお話を伺いました。ここではデジタルの力でスマート養殖に力を入れているとのことで、能登で獲れた牡蠣を試食しました。広島の牡蠣も美味しいですが、能登の牡蠣もとても美味しかったです。ぜひ全国の人に食べてもらいたいと思います。

和倉温泉では、護岸工事の進捗を視察しました。この辺の護岸は民間が所有する部分と、市や県が持つ部分とが混在していて、権利権限が複雑になっているという問題がありましたが、民有護岸については公共帰属することで国・県・市が復旧することにし、早期復旧に取り組んでいるところです。

七尾市の幼保連携型認定こども園で現場の声を聞かせて頂きました。様々な課題はありますが、例えば制度や補助などが幼稚園と保育園と違うので是正してほしいとのご意見を受け、未来ある子どもたちには縦割り行政は関係なく、是正するよう関係省庁に指示しました。

能登震災対応議員の会として能登に入っています。復興は順調に進んでいますが、まだまだ課題はあります。その中で人手不足は大きな問題です。そのため、例えば道路誘導を規制緩和してAIでの誘導を可能にしたり、古民家を修復して作業員の宿泊地にし費用は公費負担するなど、様々工夫しています。
